Latest win at Windsor in July. 9/2, fourth of 5 in handicap at Bath (5.7f, heavy) 27 days ago, weakening 1f out. Not discounted returned to class 6 company.
C&D winner. 13/2, creditable 1¼ lengths second of 11 to Purple Poppy in handicap at this C&D 21 days ago, headed final 100 yds. On a workable mark and he's one to consider again partnered by Billy Loughnane.
25/1, respectable fifth of 11 in handicap at Wolverhampton (5.1f) 23 days ago, very slowly away and making late headway. Return to 6f looks worth exploring but his overall record is a mixed one.
Steadily progressive at 2 yrs for Andrew Balding but missed whole of last year and he ran to only a poor level on second start for present yard when sixth of 8 in a C&D claimer 14 days ago. Best watched.
C&D winner. Nineteen runs since last win in 2022. Ninth of 10 in handicap (12/1) at Yarmouth (6f, good) in August. Lurking on a handy mark if ready to roll on the back of 91 days off/following wind surgery.
Maiden who made the frame on 5 of her last 6 starts, latterly when second at Brighton (7f) in June. Seemingly failed to stay when seventh of 12 in handicap at Windsor (8.1f, good to firm) in July (final start for Rae Guest) and no forlorn hope returned to sprinting.
Dual winner on turf last season who produced best effort of present campaign when second of 12 in handicap (5/2) at this C&D 7 days ago. Widest draw not ideal but he comes here fresher than most and worth considering.
Lightly-raced maiden. Last of 7 in handicap at this course (1m) in July, ridden over 2f out and weakening. Absent since and best watched unless market vibes proved particularly positive.
6f winner for Marco Botti this time last year but yet to scale same heights in handful of starts for new yard, twelfth of 14 in handicap at this course (7f, 50/1) 23 days ago.
Reacted well to first-time blinkers when ending losing run over C&D on penultimate start last month. Never figured from a tricky draw when tenth of 12 returned to this venue 7 days ago but much better berthed on this occasion. Cheekpieces now the headgear of choice.
One win from 22 Flat runs. Eighth of 11 in minor event (28/1) at Lingfield (7f, good to firm) in June. Passed over returning from a break.

Forecasts
Art Fantastique (9/4), Purple Poppy (7/2), First Company (4/1), Classy Clarets (5/1), Don't Fight It (5/1), Brunel Charm (11/1), Lahina Bay (16/1), Magic Fluke (20/1), Moorgate (28/1), Rajwaan (28/1), Salaamaat (28/1), Agent Mayfair (50/1)
ART FANTASTIQUE's draw makes things tricky but he lines up here on the back of a very good second in a C&D handicap 7 days ago and he could be worth siding with in the hope he gets the breaks. First Company and Don't Fight It are others to consider.
