Belied odds of 50/1 when taking a Wincanton novice hurdle in January 2023. However, he hasn't done much right since and the the return to this sphere failing to spark a return to form when last seen in July.
Irish import who shaped well in a handicap on the Flat at Wolverhampton last month but he was only sixth in an 8-runner event back hurdling over C&D 12 days ago. Cheekpieces refitted.
Successful sole start between the flags and has shown a fair level of ability all 3 starts over hurdles, last seen chasing home a Nicky Henderson-trained hotpot (Break My Soul, who has won again since) at Chepstow (2m, good) in April. Of strong interest now handicapping with top amateur booked.
Not seen out in this sphere for best part of 2 years but has won several times on the Flat since, including last time at Nottingham (1¾m, good) where he produced a fine front-running display, winning by 7 lengths. Major player back hurdling off a potentially handy mark.
Flat-bred mare who took a step forward when runner-up on her handicap debut over this C&D on final start of last season. 3 lb rise tolerable and likely to pick up a race sooner rather than later, provided she is able to build on that improved effort.
Off the mark in a 5-runner handicap at Newton Abbot (16.8f, soft) last month but was never travelling at Worcester recently. That was a disappointing effort, for all that the testing conditions may not have been ideal.
Little impact in bumpers/trio of novice hurdles and improvement was not forthcoming switched to handicaps during the spring. Has undergone a wind op since latest appearance and now sports a first-time tongue strap.
Went close on second of his 2 starts between the flags but hasn't gone with a great deal of promise in a trio of maiden hurdles, including on first start following a wind op at Worcester last month. Needs to raise his game now pitched into a handicap.
Addition of cheekpieces (retained here) and switch to front-running tactics paid dividends at Fontwell (17.7f, good) where he opened his account in an 8-runner handicap. However, he's unlikely to get a soft lead this time and, in any case, more will be needed up 8 lb in this stronger race.
Notched third success of 2023 when taking a 19f Fontwell handicap last October. Now 7 lb below last winning mark and, though below his best so far this year, he would have a serious chance if the first-time blinkers were to have the desired effect.
Hurdles winner at Worcester last summer and has made the frame on several occasions over fences since, including when fourth of 13 at Southwell (20.4f, good to firm) recently. Not without each-way hope back hurdling off the same mark.
Successful twice over fences last autumn but went off the boil as 2023/24 progressed and no impact in 3 starts since returning from a break in June. Hopes pinned on the first-time visor sparking a return to form.
Fair handicapper on the Flat, successful 3 times last year. Winless following 7 attempts in this sphere, though, and he is hard to warm to following a tame effort in first-time cheekpieces (retained) here 12 days ago.
Runner-up in a Hereford handicap chase in January but hasn't threated in 5 subsequent starts, including back in this sphere at Newton Abbot during the summer.
Resumed winning ways over C&D last December and performed with credit when fourth of 15 back here 8 days later. However, form has tailed off since (has undergone another wind op since latest run) and she's probably best watched back from a 7-month absence.

Sindabella (9/2), Zmiinyi (9/2), Elusiveness (6/1), Sassified (7/1), Catboy (15/2), Herecomeshogan (11/1), Bensini (12/1), Lusaka (14/1), Rehill Relic (14/1), Ryder's Rock (20/1), I Shut That D'or (20/1), Guguss Collonges (25/1), Bigz Belief (28/1), Mr Zee (50/1), Pescatorius (66/1)
The pair with this most appealing claims are REHILL RELIC and Lusaka, with marginal preference for the former who should benefit from this slightly stiffer test now handicapping and the booking of William Biddick is an obvious plus. Lusaka won well on the Flat last time and is feared greatly back in this sphere off an attractive mark, while Sassified will be a threat if responding well to the first-time blinkers.
