Hurdles winner last spring and struck at first time of asking over fences at Catterick (19.2f) in November. Mixed results since (including a nasty fall) but appeals as the type to get back on the up after four months off.
Point winner who opened his Rules account when accounting for 7 rivals over C&D in May. First respectable effort since when fourth to Jimli's Island last time and has visor on now.
Finally capitalised on a falling mark at Cartmel but this veteran chaser failed to back it up at Kelso last time. Others look more appealing.
Made a successful start for new trainer in a 3m handicap chase at Perth in August, then backed it up with a ready success over hurdles there. Still very much of interest returning to this sphere and worth a chance to land the hat-trick.
Hasn't fired over fences for current stable and looks firmly up against it again.
On a long losing run but well treated and back on track when fourth at Cartmel 76 days ago. Has won here in the past and, with cheekpieces refitted, he merits respect.
Has a poor strike rate and, while he's edged down to a lenient mark, he hasn't been threatening to capitalise lately.
Couple of fair efforts over hurdles in 2022. Best effort over fences when third (despite meeting trouble) to Shadows In The Sky over C&D 4 months ago, so claims if she can build on that.
Finished third on the second of his 2 starts in Irish points and showed something to work on over hurdles. Notable that he makes quick switch to chasing for handicap debut after 7 months off, and he's not without hope.
C&D winner who was well below form on his final outing for Jackie Stephen and was sold cheaply since, so hard to make a strong case for unless the market speaks in his favour after three months off.

Forecasts
Shadows In The Sky (4/1), Jimli's Island (4/1), Kingofthegame (5/1), The King Of May (5/1), Croagh Patrick (15/2), Sputnik (17/2), Coniston Clouds (12/1), Follow Your Arrow (16/1), Ring Pretender (18/1), Animore (80/1)
JIMILI'S ISLAND has taken off since joining this stable and it's unlikely the handicapper has caught up with him, so he's fancied to land the hat-trick at the possible expense of Croagh Patrick, who is lingering on a dangerous mark. Coniston Clouds is a definite player if back on track after a break.
