Two wins from 6 runs this year, the latest at Beverley (5f) in July. Underwhelming display when seventh of 9 in handicap (9/1) at Thirsk (6f, good to firm) 31 days ago but he's a likely candidate to bounce back.
Landed a York novice (5f) on debut at 2 yrs. Pretty highly tried since and far from disgraced in stronger contests on each of his last 2 starts, fifth of 9 in handicap at Doncaster (5f, good to firm) 87 days ago. Ease in class rates a plus now following wind surgery.
Bagged handicaps at Newmarket/Sandown in August and not disgraced when fifth of 11 in handicap at Doncaster (5f, good to soft) 15 days ago. Likely to give another good account.
Very much back to best of late, escaping a penalty for his previous victory here when following up over C&D in August. Handicapper has had his say ahead of this but respected nevertheless in hat-trick bid.
Made all at Nottingham in July and whilst he's found life tougher since, he did hint at a revival when midfield in Ayr Silver Cup on penultimate start. Will find this less demanding than when seventh of 10 in handicap at Haydock (5f, soft) on Saturday and he's no forlorn hope.
Sixteen runs since last win in 2022. Respectable fifth of 11 in handicap at Ripon (6f, good to firm, 6/1) 34 days ago. Mark has eased a little more ahead of this but slow starts often don't help her cause.
Struck fast and late and ultimately won a shade cosily over 6f here in August. Kept busy subsequently, below best turned out quickly when ninth of 10 in handicap at this course (6f, good, 7/2) 8 days ago. Mark by no means prohibitive if she can bounce back.
Successful on 2 of his 4 starts as a juvenile (both on all-weather) but he's not matched that level in pair of starts on turf this term, twelfth of 13 in handicap at York (5f, soft, 50/1) 22 days ago. Good bit to prove at present.

Forecasts
Never Dark (11/4), Moonstone Boy (4/1), Good Earth (5/1), Mon Na Slieve (6/1), Origintrail (15/2), Rock Melody (17/2), Digital (10/1), Monks Dream (12/1), Ventura Express (14/1)
Claims can be made for plenty here but MOONSTONE BOY arrives on a roll having landed back-to-back C&D handicaps last month and he's selected to complete the hat-trick. Good Earth and Ventura Express are others to consider.
