C&D winner. 10/1, good third of 12 in handicap at Southwell (8.1f) 24 days ago. Likely to be on the premises once again.
C&D winner. Fourth of 6 in handicap at Salisbury (8f, good to firm, 9/1) 24 days ago. Current mark is a fair one and he's in with an each-way shout.
Four-time C&D winner. Again well below his best when eighth of 13 in handicap (66/1) at this C&D 16 days ago. Best to look elsewhere.
Improved on recent efforts to win 12-runner handicap (11/2) at this C&D 16 days ago. 4 lb rise fair enough and he's high on the shortlist.
Eleven runs since last win in 2023. Eighth of 12 in handicap (14/1) at Southwell (8.1f) 24 days ago. Needs a couple of these to falter.
Course winner. Career best when winning 7-runner handicap (8/11) at Lingfield (10f, AW) 19 days ago, readily. 5 lb rise fair enough and he has to enter calculations.
Very good second of 5 in handicap (5/1) at this course (9.5f) 14 days ago. 0-11 but a first taste of success is surely just around the corner.
One win from 24 Flat runs. 14/1, fourth of 5 in handicap at Brighton (8f, good to firm) 90 days ago. Others are more persuasive on this occasion.
Lightly-raced maiden. 20/1 and blinkered for 1st time tongue strap on for 1st time, good 2 lengths third of 12 to Cuban Harry in handicap at this C&D 16 days ago. Definite chance if able to build on that.
Lightly-raced maiden. Eighth of 10 in handicap at Salisbury (8f, good to firm, 28/1) 58 days ago. Makes tapeta debut and cheekpieces on 1st time. Looks up against it.

Forecasts
Newfangled (9/4), Cuban Harry (9/2), Cariad (9/2), Bay Of Australia (5/1), King Of Speed (15/2), Edmund Ironside (16/1), Offiah's Boy (16/1), Chagall (22/1), Harbour Vision (25/1), Perla Marina (125/1)
This slight drop back in trip should prove ideal for BAY OF AUSTRALIA, who was collared in the closing stages when a clear second over 9.5f here a fortnight ago. He is taken to open his account at the twelfth time of asking. Newfangled did the job well at Lingfield recently and, still unexposed on the all-weather, he is a much-respected main danger. Cuban Harry and Offiah's Boy, first and third respectively over C&D earlier this month, should both be on the premises once again.
