Placed twice in maiden hurdles in Ireland for Colm Murphy and has acquitted herself well for her current yard, running well back over hurdles when fourth over C&D 3 weeks ago. Not dismissed.
Recorded back-to-back wins at Hereford (both at 21.7f) last year and back on the scoresheet with cheekpieces refitted when making all here (good) in June. Solid showing when third over C&D last time and is likely to feature again.
Returned lame on Chepstow debut in October and showed he has ability when 11 lengths fourth of 13 in 2m Taunton maiden 10 weeks later. Inadequate test at Ludlow next time but now upped markedly in trip for handicap debut.
Had been shaping up quite well for Colm Murphy, but yet to offer much encouragement for current yard.
Tricky customer but finally off the mark in 7-runner handicap hurdle at Fontwell (25.8f, good) in May. Hasn't fired since.
Confirmed return to form when winning 8-runner handicap hurdle at Stratford in July but struggled with a rise when only seventh over C&&D last time. Others are more persuasive.
C&D winner. Latest win in hurdle here in July. 17/2, respectable fifth of 11 in handicap hurdle at this C&D (good) 14 days ago. Likely to give another good account for all that others look better treated.
Winner in hurdle here in July, then ran well again when runner-up over C&D. Unseated here 10 days ago but should be involved this time.
First run since leaving Tom Symonds, didn't need to be at best when winning 11-runner handicap hurdle (5/2) at this course (20f, good) 10 days ago, left in front last and staying on well. Has more to offer for this yard and looks the one to beat under a penalty.
Temperamental sort who is yet to make an impact for this stable and is up against it once more.
C&D winner last summer who got back on track (having returned from chasing) when third to Santa Clarita here 10 days ago. Unlikely to turn the tables with that rival, though.
Yet to hit top form this season but penultimate outing was respectable, and he continues to tumble in the weights, so not one to write off completely.
Still a maiden but he got back on track when third of 9 in handicap hurdle at Stratford on penultimate outing. Latest effort best excused and he's not one to rule out.

Forecasts
Santa Clarita (2/1), Best Mate Dave (5/1), Catuaba (15/2), Mactavish (9/1), Indian Sunbird (9/1), Borderline (11/1), Hamartia (12/1), No Way Pedro (12/1), Bridge Road (16/1), The Bold Thady (25/1), Kingston Kid (25/1), Presenting Yeats (28/1), Schematic (28/1), Ca Plane Pour Moi (66/1)
SANTA CLARITA might have been a fortunate winner here last time but it was still a firm step in the right direction for her new stable and, with more to offer, she's worth a chance to defy a penalty. Indian Sunbird should be on the premises along with Mactavish.
