Keldeo^p1³¹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-8| J: Harry Russell| T: Ollie Pears| OR: 70| D

11/1

Doubled her tally at Catterick (5f) in May. Found only an improver too strong when second of 7 in handicap at Thirsk (6f, good to firm, 4/1) 31 days ago, so she could be thereabouts with cheekpieces added.

Form: 213542

(8)

Woobay²¹

13/2

Back on scoreboard over C&D last month and posted creditable fourth of 18 in handicap at York (5f, good to firm) next time. Slow start didn't help when seventh of 8 in handicap back over C&D 21 days ago. Type to bounce back.

Forecasts

Strong Johnson (15/8), High Opinion (9/2), Scoops Ahoy (11/2), Woobay (13/2), Leodis Dream (9/1), Brian The Snail (11/1), Keldeo (11/1), Ingleby Archie (11/1), Hoof It Hoof It (12/1), Our Absent Friends (14/1), Restless Prince (80/1)

STRONG JOHNSON's losing run is mounting up but he's lurking on a handy mark as a result and following solid placed efforts on each of his last 2 starts, he could be worth siding with from a handy draw. Woobay, if shrugging off a lesser effort, and 3-y-o Scoops Ahoy also command a second look, as does Our Absent Friends, who has gone close on 2 of his last 3 starts.
