Losing run stretches back to 2022 but he made a bright start to the campaign, placed on four of his first 5 starts. Form has been rather up and down more recently but this drop down in to class 6 company is a plus and he's one to consider.

Last of 7 in handicap (16/1) at Beverley (5f, good to firm) 20 days ago, slowly away. Hood on 1st time.
Rattled off a quick-fire 4-timer on all-weather for Peter Niven around the turn of the year. However, struggled to make an impact in trio of turf starts upon joining present stable.
Won at Redcar on her final outing in June 2023. Missed next 12 months but more encouraging signs on third start back when fifth of 10 in handicap at Haydock (5f, good to firm) 30 days ago, staying on final 1f. Return to this trip will help and she comes here back on last winning mark.
Two wins from 3 starts since the tongue tie was added, posting a career best when winning 11-runner handicap at this C&D (good to firm) 13 days ago. Her rider takes off handy 5 lb once more and she's respected again.
Below form eighth of 13 in handicap (8/1) at Thirsk (6f, good to firm) 10 days ago, switched 2f out and weakening soon after. Previous exploits this term have contained promise and better showing certainly not ruled out.
9/2, below form sixth of 11 in handicap at Carlisle (5f, good) 44 days ago, outpaced from 2f out and plodding on. Had posted a string of in-the-frame efforts previously but possibly drawn a little wider than ideal here.
Hooded for 1st time, creditable third of 12 in handicap (13/2) at this course (7f, good to firm) 26 days ago, keeping on. Not discounted in an open-looking affair.
Won twice on turf/AW last season and run with credit on 2 of his 3 starts this term, respectable fourth of 8 in handicap at Pontefract (6f, good) 49 days ago, not knocked about. One to bear in mind from his steadily easing mark.
C&D winner. Creditable 2¼ lengths third of 11 to One of Our Own in handicap (11/4) at this C&D (good to firm) 13 days ago, ridden under 3f out and keeping on. Respected with visor replacing cheekpieces.
Creditable third of 8 in handicap at Ripon (5f, firm, 28/1) 14 days ago, headed over 1f out and no extra close home. However, not sure to be in same form here, drawn wider than ideal.
33/1, seventeenth of 19 in handicap at Thirsk (5f, good) 64 days ago, slowly away/bumper start and always behind. Lines up here with a bit to prove now.

Ghathanfar (7/2), One Of Our Own (9/2), Dream Deal (5/1), Oneforsue (6/1), Macarone (13/2), La La Lucrative (17/2), Rainbow Rain (11/1), Highland Olly (18/1), Hoof It Hoof It (22/1), Doctor Vuby (33/1), Barnaby (66/1), He's An Angel (66/1)
GHATHANFAR's losing run understandably tempers enthusiasm to a degree but this is his first foray into class 6 company for some time and, with his mark having eased further, he looks drawn to attack in stall 3. One of Our Own arrives in rude health and is feared along with Oneforsue who shaped encouragingly with a view to stepping back up to 6f latest. Dream Deal and Macarone are others in with a shout, too.
