Fairly-useful maiden for Harry Eustace. Makes handicap debut off a fair mark back from a break for new yard.
Won a 7-runner Epsom maiden (7f, good) last summer. Well held next 2 starts 10 months apart but had excuses. Not one to write off.
Maiden who took a step forward on his previous efforts equipped with first-time blinkers when excellent second of 14 in handicap (13/2) at Doncaster (7f, good to firm). Seemed unsuited by soft ground at Haydock last week so worth another chance.
Winner at Ripon in September. Good placed efforts both starts this season 3 months apart, third of 8 in handicap at Nottingham (8.3f, good to soft, 6/1) 21 days ago. Can give another good account.
Winning reappearance over 7f at Newcastle in January but has struggled in handicaps since. Headgear on.
Ran to a similar level as on debut when second of 10 in maiden (34/10) at Lyon Parilly (8f, good to soft) on return. Not in same form at Doncaster since, however, and opening mark demands improvement.
Landed maiden/novice events at Beverley/Ayr last summer and posted excellent fourth of 13 in a higher-grade handicap at Chester (7.6f, soft) last month. Well held at Carlisle since, however.
Made a winning handicap debut at Yarmouth on return. Yet to build on that but still early days.
2 from 2 as a juvenile but mark looks high enough judged on both runs this year. Hood on 1st time.
Fair maiden. Off 4 months, 25/1, good fifth of 19 in handicap over C&D, making her effort in a well-run contest before those that finished ahead of her. Disappointed next time but might have found that coming too soon. Not dismissed back from a break.
Back-to-back winner at Newcastle early in the year, show good battling qualities. Only just failed when bidding for the hat-trick after 4 months at Ayr (7.2f, good to firm) 35 days ago and remains of interest.
Winner at Redcar in May. Decent efforts in defeat next 2 starts and each-way claims.
Maiden but reappearance third at Hamilton (1m) was creditable. Possibly failed to stay 1¼m at Haydock next time and quickly back on track when second at Doncaster last week, given a more aggressive ride back down in trip/grade. Not taken lightly.
Improved switched to handicaps, runner-up at Kempton and Yarmouth. Undone by a slow start back at former track since but is 3 lb out of the weights here.

Forecasts
Bill's Baar (10/3), Marmaduke Lemon (11/2), Crimson Spirit (13/2), She's A Gambler (9/1), Alfie Boy (9/1), Mereside Madness (10/1), Zipster (10/1), Alreet Cha (12/1), Misemerald (16/1), Finn Ironside (18/1), Modern Times (22/1), Istanblue (25/1), Scarlet Lady (28/1), Only In Jakarta (33/1)
Plenty to consider with the vote going to MARMADUKE LEMON, who's worth another chance to confirm the promise of his Doncaster run back on faster ground. Mereside Madness and Alreet Cha head the dangers.
