Cabrakan^p¹⁷

Not scored on Flat for almost 2 years and there was little encouragement in his recent yard debut at Pontefract. Significantly up in trip.

Dereham²¹

Made little impact on return at Chelmsford 3 weeks ago but has won this contest (off similar marks) for the last 2 years and has surely been aimed at it once more.

Cashed in on a reduced mark at Musselburgh (16f) earlier this month and followed up in determined fashion at Redcar (14f, good to firm) 5 days ago. Can race off same mark and holds strong claims.

Forecasts

My Chiquita (11/8), Pfingstberg (3/1), Red Force One (4/1), Churchella (11/2), Solution (8/1), Dereham (14/1), Cabrakan (40/1)

RED FORCE ONE arrives in fine form and carries no penalty for last week's Redcar victory. He can score again. Dereham is chasing a hat-trick in this event and has been given a chance by the handicapper, whilst Lingfield winner Pfingstberg will be dangerous if allowed to set his own pace again.
