Won 10-runner handicap at Nottingham (5f, good, 7/2) 16 days ago. More needed up 5 lb but he's pretty consistent on the whole and shouldn't be far away.
Sixteen runs since last win in 2023. Fifth of 8 in handicap (11/2) at Pontefract (5f, good) 8 days ago. Opposable from a win point of view.
C&D winner. Latest win here in April. Below form fourth of 8 in handicap at this C&D (good, 8/11) 49 days ago. New mark (5 lb higher) has now kicked in but this 5-y-o will be a danger to all if at his best.
Respectable 2½ lengths fourth of 10 to High Opinion in handicap (14/1) at Nottingham (5f, good) 16 days ago. 6 lb pull at the weights with that rival now and he's not without each-way hope.
40/1, creditable fourth of 8 in handicap at Hamilton (6f, soft) 20 days ago. Hood back on and others make more appeal for win purposes.
Improved on recent efforts to win 7-runner handicap at this C&D (soft, 5/1) 26 days ago. 5 lb rise easy to swallow given the manner of that success and he's a must for the shortlist.
33/1, respectable fourth of 10 in handicap at Ripon (5f, good to firm) 13 days ago. That represented a step back in the right direction and, down another 2 lb, he is one to consider.
40/1, first run since leaving Richard Spencer when eighth of 11 in handicap at Hamilton (5f, good to firm) 12 days ago, slowly away. Needs a couple of these to falter.
Excellent second of 14 in handicap (25/1) at this C&D (good to firm) 10 days ago. If able to build on that, she should make her presence felt.

Forecasts
High Opinion (9/2), Birkenhead (9/2), Honour Your Dreams (9/2), Mereside Angel (5/1), Lady Of The Garr (15/2), Object (17/2), Ramon Di Loria (17/2), Refuge (12/1), Back Tomorrow (33/1)
It could be worth chancing REFUGE, who took a step back in the right direction at Ripon and he is lurking on a seriously tempting mark. Birkenhead has to be feared on the back of a decisive C&D success, while Object also did the job well here on his penultimate start and will be a threat if reproducing that level of form. Lady Of The Garr could also have a say if able to build on her improved recent C&D second.
- Refuge12/1
- Birkenhead9/2
- Object17/2
