Well held on completed start in junior bumpers. Makes Flat debut after 6 months off.
Little show under Rules so far. Expect that to be much of the same on Flat debut.
Went with little immediate promise when seventh of 8 in maiden at Kempton (11f, 22/1) on debut 4 months ago, very slowly away. Had breathing operation since last seen.
450,000 gns yearling, Frankel colt who ran as if in need of run for fitness and experience when fourth of 9 in minor event at Salisbury (9.9f, heavy) on debut just over 2 weeks ago. Likely to improve.
16/5, stepped up on debut run despite still looking raw when third of 13 in minor event at Windsor (8.1f, heavy) 25 days ago. Up in trip. Well bred and remains with potential, he could take some stopping.
American Pharoah colt who showed plenty to work on amidst greenness when fifth of 11 in minor event at Nottingham (10.2f, good) on debut 3 weeks ago, not unduly punished. Sure to improve.
Matched debut form despite still looking a bit rough around the edges when third of 6 in minor event (16/1) at Yarmouth (11.5f, good to soft) 27 days ago. Can put that experience to good use.
Produced a promising first effort when seventh of 11 in maiden at Newbury (10f, good, 16/1) 2 weeks ago. Open to improvement.
325,000 gns yearling, Le Havre filly. Half-sister to 2-y-o 1m winner Sabousi and useful 9f-12.5f winner Galashiels. Dam, 1m winner who stayed 1¾m, half-sister to smart 5f/6f winner Millisle. Noteworthy debutante.
33/1, shaped like a stayer when sixth of 9 in maiden at Windsor (10f, good to soft) on debut 32 days ago. Likely to need more time and distance.

Forecasts
James Webb (6/4), Gilded Water (13/8), Domaine Des Combes (8/1), St Pancras (9/1), Bye Bye Salam (12/1), Old Saxony (14/1), Selectivity (40/1), Anna Of Saxony (200/1), Beaming Light (250/1), Onesteptwosteps (300/1)
A few interesting types in this maiden and it's GILDED WATER who gets the nod to make it third time lucky and continue his race-by-race progression upped to 1¼m for the first time. James Webb showed plenty to work on amidst greenness when fifth at Nottingham earlier in the month and he can provide most resistance, with debutante Domaine des Combes completing the shortlist.
