Dink gelding. Half-brother to bumper winner/useful hurdler Tahmuras. Dam unraced. Royal Infantry presumably the stable first-string but a good run could be on the cards.
Held every chance when departing at the last in point and positive start in this sphere in bumpers at Hereford and Cheltenham (listed contest) in the autumn. Has plenty about him physically and the pick of those here with bumper form.
From a good family and produced a promising first effort when third at Herford (9/4) 6 weeks ago, losing second close home. Entitled to improve.
€38,000 3-y-o, Doyen gelding. Dam winning pointer, lightly raced under Rules, half-sister to useful bumper winner/useful hurdler (2m-2½m winner) Amstecos. Point winner in April and worth a look.
£34,000 3-y-o, Jack Hobbs gelding. Dam bumper/2¾m-3m hurdle winner (stayed 3¼m). One to note on debut.
Jack Hobbs gelding. Dam placed in bumpers/well held sole start over hurdles. Trainer’s newcomers command respect.
Didn't do it quickly but offered a bit on debut in Roscommon bumper for Gavin Cromwell in the summer. Sold for just £5,000.
Backed and shaped encouragingly first time up under a ride of exaggerated patience in Lingfield AW bumper last month, green and keeping on. Entitled to progress.
Some appeal on paper but showed nothing on debut at Kempton in February. Has had a breathing operation.
€35,000 3-y-o, €170,000 4-y-o, Jukebox Jury gelding. Half-brother to 2¼m bumper winner/useful hurdler Au Fleuron and modest 23f hurdle winner Coachman. Point winner in Ireland in April. Owner/rider among the winners, including on a rare bumper mount over Christmas.
Well held in bumpers at Huntingdon (well backed) and Stratford (tongue tied) 6 months apart.
£40,000 3-y-o, £60,000 4-y-o, Soldier of Fortune gelding. Half-brother to fair hurdler Sovereign Gold and a point winner. Point winner in April. Preferred by Harry Skelton. Clearly one to keep on side.
Scorpion gelding. Half-brother to modest hurdler Top Cloud, from good NH family.
Champs Elysees gelding. Half-brother to 3 winners, including smart bumper winner/top-class hurdler The New One. Very interesting newcomer.
Runner-up in a point bumper and there was some encouragement when fifth in a bumper at Cheltenham in October. Will need to improve on that, however.
Appealing page and showed a bit on debut at Wincanton (16/1) 8 weeks ago. More required.
Showed nothing at Wetherby on debut in November and looks set for another struggle.
Roaring Lion gelding. Half-brother to 2 winners on Flat, including 7f/1m winner in France Early Time. Dam placed on Flat. Rare bumper runner for yard and getting stacks of weight as a 4-y-o.

Forecasts
The Happy Chapati (3/1), Stavvy (4/1), Diamond Dice (9/2), Off The Jury (13/2), I Play County (13/2), Royal Infantry (14/1), Jax Junior (20/1), Ace Of Spades (25/1), Windsurfer (25/1), Land Of Moon (25/1), French Symphony (28/1), Jack Hope (28/1), The Northernlights (50/1), Tank Top (50/1), L'allier (150/1), Pottersjetamay (150/1), Master Hobbs (300/1), Lady Haleth (300/1)
This will probably go to one of the newcomers and the betting could be revealing, with OFF THE JURY chanced first time up for Alan King, who had an impressive bumper winner here last month. The Happy Chapati and Royal Infantry are also interesting, while Diamond Dice is the pick of those with bumper form.
- Off The Jury13/2
- Royal Infantry14/1
