80/1, shaped as if in need of the experience faced with a pretty stiff task when eighth of 12 in minor event at this course (6.3f, good to soft) on debut 32 days ago, slowly away. Should improve.

Promising type. Shaped better than the distance beaten suggests when 7 lengths seventh of 8 to Vespertilio in Debutante Stakes at this C&D (good to soft, 20/1) 54 days ago. Capable of better still and well up to winning a race of this nature.

Forecasts

Porters Place (15/8), Betula (3/1), Wendla (4/1), Evening Blossom (7/1), Everlasting (7/1), Greenfinch (20/1), Osprey (25/1), Window Of Time (33/1), Saxon Land (33/1), Anvika (50/1), Victoria Kesia (50/1), Serialise (66/1), Dream Ticket (150/1), Wing Glider (200/1), Share The Treasure (200/1), Sofia Tesoro (200/1)

Verdict

Plenty in with chances but preference is for BETULA, who found the step up to Group 2 company too much on just her second outing but back in maiden company, Jessica Harrington's filly can make it third time lucky. Wendla produced a promising first effort when finishing runner-up at Cork recently so she could provide the main threat, while Everlasting, Porters Place and Evening Blossom are just a trio of newcomers requiring close attention.
