Back to winning ways at Kempton in April but well below that level more recently and makes limited appeal.
Juvenile winner for Jessica Harrington (sold 82,000 gns) who improved away from top-end handicaps for the first time since joining current yard when scoring at Goodwood (6f, good to soft) 9 days ago, seeing it out in good style. Still relatively unexposed, so makes appeal under a penalty.
Capitalised on the drop in grade to notch his second win of the year when scoring at Windsor (6f, good, 5/1) 12 days ago, helped by the way things developed (suited by strong pace). 4 lb higher and no surprise to see him in the shake-up once again.
33/1, below form eleventh of 21 in handicap at York (6f, good to firm) 54 days ago, uncomfortable with pace throughout. Has had a break and will need to bounce back.
After 6 months off, showed much improved form when making all in 10-runner handicap at Leicester (6f, good to firm) 33 days ago, travelling powerfully. Can score again with tongue strap on 1st time.
2 wins from 6 runs this year, latest at Newbury in July. Eighth of 9 in handicap at Newmarket (7f, good to firm, 7/2) 6 days ago, doing too much too soon. Sprinting for the first time this year and would be folly to discount.
Underperformed returned to sprinting when fourteenth of 16 in handicap (10/1) at York (6f, good) 26 days ago, dropping away over 1f out. Cheekpieces back on.
Latest win at Ayr in July. 10/3, shaped as if still in good form when third of 10 in handicap at Yarmouth (7f, good to soft) 2 weeks ago, running on after slowly away. Back down in trip and is one to consider.
Winner at Pontefract in April. Shaped better than the distance beaten suggested when seventh of 16 in handicap (14/1) at York (7f, good) 12 days ago, unable to sustain effort having made a big effort from the rear to get into contention. More needed.
Confirmed more positive signs from Beverley when successful at Pontefract (6f) last month, a well-run race/drop in trip serving him well. Again ran well when third under a penalty just under a fortnight ago and can figure again from the same mark.
Twenty four runs since last win in 2020. Creditable fourth of 15 in handicap at Navan (5f, good to soft, 13/2) 26 days ago, nearest finish. Back up in trip and he lurks on a very dangerous mark.

Forecasts
Executive Decision (5/2), Hot Chesnut (11/2), Ramiro (6/1), Momaer (15/2), Society Lion (9/1), Nordic Passage (10/1), Sir Maxi (10/1), Snash (14/1), Buccabay (16/1), Indian Falcon (16/1), Dora Penny (22/1)
On her first attempt at sprinting, MOMAER doubled her tally in remarkably easy fashion at Leicester last month, and with further improvement on the cards, Mark Loughnane's 4-y-o gets the verdict to go in again with a first-time tongue tie added to her usual hood. Nordic Passage lurks on a very dangerous mark so he may emerge as the main threat, ahead of the penalised Executive Decision and Ramiro.
- Momaer15/2
- Nordic Passage10/1
