3/1, respectable fourth of 9 in handicap at Beverley (5f, soft) 15 days ago. Back down to last winning mark and he has to enter calculations.
Three wins from 14 runs this year. Good second of 9 in handicap at Beverley (5f, soft, 10/1) 15 days ago. This consistent 6-y-o is likely to give another good account and would be a popular winner (yard took the race, run in memory of David Chapman, last season).
Sixteen runs since last win in 2022. Seventh of 9 in handicap (4/1) at Catterick (5f, good) 20 days ago. Has winning form under similar conditions and would be in with a shout if able to bounce back.
One win from 21 Flat runs. Winner at Beverley in May. Creditable third of 8 in handicap at Pontefract (5f, good to soft, 12/1) 9 days ago. Likely to find one or two too good.
Last of 8 in handicap at Pontefract (5f, good to soft, 18/1) 9 days ago, slowly away. Easy enough to look elsewhere.
C&D winner. Fifteen runs since last win in 2022. 9/4, creditable second of 9 in handicap at Thirsk (5f, good to soft) 11 days ago. Very modest strike rate but he has been knocking on the door and should be in the mix once again.
3/1, respectable second of 15 in minor event at Leicester (6f, good) 19 days ago. Record stands at 0-9 and needs to raise his game a touch.

Forecasts
Spanish Angel (3/1), Latin Five (10/3), High Opinion (4/1), Albegone (9/2), Malham Tarn Cove (13/2), Imperial Khan (17/2), Quanah (25/1), Glory Hallelujah (33/1)
HIGH OPINION has edged back down to the mark off which he hit the target under similar conditions at Nottingham during the autumn, and the 4-y-o looks ready to strike judged on his recent efforts. Latin Five's turn also appears to be near and he is feared most ahead of the consistent Spanish Angel. Also worth a second look is Albegone, who has yet to get going this season but is lurking on a dangerous mark.
