Izayte⁵⁴

Age: 5| Weight: 12-0| J: J M Quinlan| T: N B King| OR: 105| BF| D

3/1

Winner in hurdle at Warwick in May. Creditable second of 5 in handicap hurdle at Uttoxeter (15.8f, good, 11/8) 54 days ago. Likely to give another good account.

Form: 56P-182

Forget The Way⁵⁶

Age: 6| Weight: 12-0| J: Tom Cannon| T: A King| OR: 105

9/4

Fair form shown over hurdles and only found one too good at Stratford 56 days ago. Up 3 lb but a performance of similar merit could be enough to go one better.

Form: 3534-42

Painless Potter¹⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 11-10| J: G Sheehan| T: S Lycett| OR: 101

9/2

Flat winner last summer who has run to a similar level over hurdles on a couple of occasions. Bit better than the result when fifth at Stratford 16 days ago and he can get involved.

Form: 33/U-225

Cumhacht^t⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-4| J: Adam Wedge| T: Miss R Curtis| OR: 95

15/2

Modest hurdler who was back to form when third at Newton Abbot 9 days ago. Still relatively lightly raced and may do better if the race doesn't come too soon.

Form: 43-3263

Melnik^t¹²¹

Age: 4| Weight: 11-1| J: Craig Nichol| T: O Greenall & J Guerriero| OR: 95

25/1

Lightly-raced maiden in Ireland, down the field at Downpatrick on latest outing. Hard to fancy unless the market speaks in his favour.

Form: 00060-

Choirmaster^t⁴¹

Age: 4| Weight: 10-10| J: Peter Kavanagh⁽⁵⁾| T: D McCain Jnr| OR: 90| BF

9/2

Fairly useful on Flat and a wind op/tongue tie has helped his finishing effort on last two outings, third over C&D last time. Should give another good account.

Form: 095-223

Grinn^p,t⁵⁹

Age: 7| Weight: 10-9| J: Ben Jones| T: D A Rees| OR: 86

18/1

Long-standing maiden who has a fair bit to prove on her first outing since leaving David O'Brien.

Form: 650-000

Tika Moon^b1¹²

Age: 6| Weight: 10-2| J: Cillin Leonard⁽⁵⁾| T: S-J Davies| OR: 74

80/1

Limited impact in bumpers/novice hurdles for Paul Webber and has fared no better for this yard.

Form: 3PP6/6-9

Forecasts

Forget The Way (9/4), Izayte (3/1), Painless Potter (9/2), Choirmaster (9/2), Cumhacht (15/2), Grinn (18/1), Melnik (25/1), Tika Moon (80/1)

FORGET THE WAY improved when second at Southwell last time and, with few miles on the clock, he's fancied to open his account. The in-form Izayte is a clear threat and Cumhacht is likely to be on the premises.
