15/2, ended a losing run that stretched by to his 2yo season when cosily winning 4-runner handicap at Windsor (5.1f, good to firm) just under 3 weeks ago. Nudged up only 3 lb and looks set for another big run.
Sixteen runs since last win in 2021. 16/1, below form back up in grade when 8 lengths eighth of 10 to Regional in listed race at Haydock (5f, firm) 8 days ago. Better showing anticipated back in handicap company.
15/2, fourth of 6 in minor event at Beverley (5f, good), merely closing up late having never really travelled from an early stage. Ran a big race on his 3yo return and could feature with a different jockey on board for the first time.
Visored for 1st time, wasn't seen to anything like best effect when twelfth of 20 in handicap (18/1) at Epsom (5f, good to firm) 15 days ago, finishing with running left after awkwardly away/hampered under 2f out. One to look out for.
Got back on track returned to handicap company after 3 months off when fifth of 20 (40/1) at Epsom (5f, good to firm) just over 2 weeks ago, benefiting from an attacking ride. Task is now backing that effort up.
Dual 5f winner early last season who shaped as if needing run on return at Newmarket and easy enough to overlook his latest run at Epsom (stall opened late). Appeals as being on a competitive mark. Engaged 2.10 Chester Saturday.
Dual C&D winner last year. Turned in best effort of the season when fifth of 14 in handicap (20/1) at York (5f, good to firm) just over 3 weeks ago. Every chance if building on that effort.
Dual course winner (awarded race in Portland handicap in September). Possibly still needed the run when seventh of 8 in handicap at Hamilton (6f, good to firm, 20/1) 10 days ago, leading until over 1f out. Others make more appeal.

Forecasts
Ancient Times (7/2), Burning Cash (7/2), Alligator Alley (5/1), King Of Bavaria (5/1), Mondammej (11/2), Bond Chairman (9/1), One Night Stand (11/1), Call Me Ginger (16/1)
KING OF BAVARIA ended a losing run that stretched back to his 2yo season when opening his account for this yard at Windsor just under 3 weeks ago and, with his yard going much better now than last month, he's fancied to follow up at the expense Alligator Alley, who can easily have a line put through his effort in the Epsom Dash. Mondammej and Burning Cash can fight out third spot.
