Go North Monet's Garden Series Final Handicap Chase (GBB Race)

Won on chase debut at Hexham (2m) in November and back on scoreboard in 2-runner handicap at Ayr (20.5f, good to firm) 15 days ago, driven out. 3 lb higher now but likely to give another good account.

Returned to form when taking Sedgefield handicap (19.3f) in January and shaped as if still in good form when second of 9 at Haydock (19.9f, good to soft) since. Warrants respect.

Yet to score over fences and hasn't really threatened in a couple of starts this term.

Immediate improvement switched to fences last term, winning his first 3 starts. Good start to this season when third off 5 lb higher at Kelso but rather gone backwards since and has plenty to prove at present.

Had a light campaign and back from 13-week absence when respectable 14½ lengths fifth of 12 to Knocknamona over C&D (good to soft, 25/1) 34 days ago. Entitled to build on that but others appear better treated.

Steadily progressive over hurdles last term and placed on all 4 completed starts in this sphere, latest when runner-up at Wetherby (21.3f, good to soft) 20 days ago. Remains fairly treated and is one for shortlist.

Back to winning ways at Newcastle (20.1f) in January and followed up in 12-runner handicap over C&D (good to soft) 34 days ago. Things will be tougher off 4 lb higher mark but he must enter calculations.

Back-to-back winner of handicap chases last spring but has yet to get on the scoreboard this season and arrives on back of below-par effort at Musselburgh. Cheekpieces reapplied.

Remains a maiden after 9 attempts but shaped better than the distance beaten when fourth of 6 in handicap chase (7/4) at Musselburgh (20.3f, good to soft) latest. Still low mileage in this sphere and can't be ruled out despite racing from 4 lb out of the weights.
