Twice-raced maiden. Last of 13 in minor event at Southwell (6.1f, 300/1) 10 days ago. Hard to fancy.
Promising type. Won 10-runner maiden at Chelmsford City (6f, 11/2) on debut 48 days ago, keeping on well. The second has won since and this colt is a big player here with improvement anticipated.
Twice-raced winner. 10/3, won 10-runner minor event at Wolverhampton (6.1f) 53 days ago. This looks tougher under a penalty but she's open to improvement.
Zoustar colt. Half-brother to 7f winner Criollo. Dam 2-y-o 6f winner. Represents a yard with a healthy strike rate on the AW and he's very much one to note in the betting.
Twice-raced maiden. 300/1, twelfth of 14 in maiden at Southwell (7.1f) 8 days ago. Readily passed over.
Twice-raced maiden. 9/2, fourth of 10 in maiden at Kempton (7f) 16 days ago. Tongue strap on 1st time and, with the drop to 6f an interesting move, he has to enter calculations.
Once-raced maiden. Fourth of 5 in minor event (6/4) at Pontefract (5f, good) on debut last summer. Likely capable of a good deal better than she showed that day. Tongue strap applied.
£40,000 yearling, Washington Dc filly. Half-sister to several winners, including 6f-1m winner Rocket Power and 5f-6f winner Twilight Madness, both useful. Dam 5f/6f winner. Interesting to see what the market has to say.
Once-raced maiden. 40/1, third of 9 in minor event at this C&D on debut 65 days ago, finishing well. That experience won't be wasted on her but Yesterday's Hero appears to be the stable first-string.
6,500 gns yearling, £8,000 2-y-o. Closely related to winner up to 6f Michaels Choice and half-sister to 2-y-o 6f winners Bandolier and Amiga Meu. Dam 5f/6f winner. Hooded for this debut and her yard isn't a frequent source of winning newcomers.

Forecasts
Alpha Zulu (4/6), Yesterday's Hero (10/3), Rogue Thunder (15/2), Hello Queen (17/2), Cinque Verde (12/1), Senate Queen (33/1), Tamay Girl (50/1), Tough Girl (200/1), Kananga (250/1), Beast Of Burden (300/1)
Though up against several who have already shown plenty of promise, newcomer ALPHA ZULU is taken to make a winning start to his career. He is appealing on paper and it will look significant if the market speaks in his favour. Yesterday's Hero did the job well on debut at Chelmsford and is feared greatly, while Rogue Thunder is likely make a bold bid following two encouraging efforts over 7f and Hello Queen, who hit the target at Wolverhampton in January, is also accorded respect.
