Promising type. Showed plenty of ability on debut and again shaped well when sixth of 11 in maiden at Southwell (7.1f, well-backed 9/4) 45 days ago, looking in need of greater test of stamina. Sets the standard.
Twice-raced maiden. 50/1, still firmly in need of experience when tenth of 12 in maiden at Kempton (6f) 36 days ago. Hard to fancy on current evidence.
No Nay Never colt. Dam once-raced sister to smart winner (including Oaks) up to 1½m Qualify out of useful 12.7f winner (stayed 2m) Perihelion. Interesting pedigree and support would be noted on debut.
Twice-raced maiden. Ran to similar level as on debut when third of 14 in minor event (16/1) at Redcar (7f, good to soft). Off 144 days/gelded. Step forward required.
Twice-raced maiden. Athletic sort and was strong in the market but could only finish seventh of 9 in minor event (7/4) at Wolverhampton (8.6f) 95 days ago. Clearly thought capable of better.
Once-raced maiden. 100/1, seventh of 8 in minor event at this C&D on debut 13 days ago. Probably one for later on.
11/2 and tongue strap on, close third of 9 in minor event at Kempton (7f) on debut 28 days ago, coming from much further back than other principals. Open to progress and rates a big player.
Twice-raced maiden. 200/1, still very green when eighth of 12 in maiden at Kempton (6f) 7 days ago. Can't be fancied.
Twice-raced maiden. 14/1, improved from debut when second of 8 in minor event at Wolverhampton (7.2f) 30 days ago. Solid claims.
Once-raced maiden. 33/1, green but showed ability when fourth of 7 in minor event at this C&D on debut 40 days ago. Should improve but perhaps appeals as more of a middle-distance prospect for later in the year.

Forecasts
Onight (9/4), Burning The Bails (9/4), Glorious Lion (4/1), Design (7/1), Sure Spirit (17/2), Timedtoperfection (16/1), Dawn Mission (25/1), Dabbous (100/1), Mayjority (125/1), Pub Club (150/1)
BURNING THE BAILS has done good work at the finish on both outings to date and though he'll perhaps prove best over further, he should take all the beating here with an advantageous low draw. Archie Watson's Onight stayed on well from a long way back on his debut and should improve, whilst Sure Spirit has also shown enough to merit consideration despite her high draw.
