Havana Grey filly who shaped encouragingly when fourth on debut at Southwell (6f) and didn't need to improve when getting off the mark back at that venue 10 days ago, by 1¼ lengths from Savannah Smiles. Well on top at the line and she's a player with prospect of more to come.

£20,000 yearling, Starspangledbanner filly. Dam unraced half-sister to smart winner up to 1¼m Nashmiah. Market should prove a useful guide on racecourse bow.

50,000 gns 2-y-o, Smooth Daddy filly. Half-sister to several winners, including winner up to 1m Macho Time and 6f winner Caius College Girl. Another worth a close market check for clues ahead of debut.

Expert Eye filly. 25/1, definite promise when fifth of 12 in maiden at Southwell (6.1f) on debut 7 days ago, faring best of those held up. Very much the type to improve but drawn a little wider tan ideal here.

Once-raced maiden. Seventh of 9 in minor event (25/1) at Kempton (6f) on debut in October, very green and never involved. This promises to reveal more.

Twice-raced maiden. 1¼ lengths second of 7 to Shine Honey Shine in minor event at Southwell (6.1f, 14/1) 10 days ago, needing stiffer test. Can do better again, particularly when tackling 7f.

Once-raced maiden. Tongue strap on, showed ability when third of 10 in a C&D maiden on debut 3 weeks ago, ridden 2f out and no extra final 1f. Needs to build on that to play a lead role.

Camcho filly. Showed more than on debut when second of 12 in maiden at this course (7f, 25/1) 21 days ago, ridden over 2f out and plugging on. Still, handicaps entitled to be more her bag in due course.

Lightly-raced maiden. Creditable third of 6 in maiden (7/4) at Wolverhampton (8.6f) 14 days ago, hanging badly right over 3f out. Significantly down in trip now but another with a less-than-ideal draw to contend with.

Once-raced maiden. Eleventh of 14 in minor event (50/1) at Lingfield (7f, AW) on debut 33 days ago.

Nuthatch, caught the eye herself on debut 7 days ago and is feared, along with Scramble. Invested and Copper Bay are newcomers to monitor in the betting.
