3-time C&D winner. 33/1, not disgraced after 8 weeks off when seventh of 12 at Lingfield (6f, AW) 22 days ago. Down to a career-low mark today but may prove vulnerable to younger legs.
Course winner. Shaped as if better for the run after 6 months off when seventh of 12 in handicap (16/1) at Chelmsford City (5f) 20 days ago. Blinkers back on. Not taken lightly from a handy mark.
C&D winner in October. 13/2, bit below form fifth of 10 in handicap at this C&D 25 days ago. Others more persuasive.
5/1, career best when winning 10-runner handicap at this C&D 12 days ago, having run of race. 7 lb higher today but fancied to go well again.
Course winner. Eighteen runs since last win in 2021. 9/2, again shaped well when second of 9 in handicap at this C&D 8 days ago. Surely only a matter of time before he snaps his losing run.
Lightly-raced maiden. Creditable third of 11 in handicap at Chelmsford City (6f, 5/2) 13 days ago, racing a little too keenly back up in trip. Tongue strap on 1st time.
C&D winner. Again wasn't seen to best effect when 2¾ lengths fourth of 10 to Waverley Star in handicap (2/1) at this C&D 12 days ago, finishing well having been left poorly placed. One to look out for.
3-time C&D winner. Again ran poorly when eighth of 9 in handicap at this C&D (25/1) 9 days ago. Something to find on form.
Remains a maiden after 25 Flat runs. 12/1, 3¼ lengths fifth of 10 to Waverley Star in handicap at this C&D 12 days ago, slowly away.
Eighth of 9 in handicap (11/1) at Chelmsford City (6f) 20 days ago. Blinkers on 1st time. Not the easiest to make a case for.

Forecasts
Spanish Angel (6/4), Hit Mac (10/3), Munificent (4/1), Waverley Star (11/1), Nacho (18/1), Boom The Groom (18/1), Storm Melody (20/1), Glamorous Force (25/1), Macon Belle (33/1), But You Said (40/1)
SPANISH ANGEL has been shaping up well in recent weeks (runner-up on his last 3 starts) so it's surely only a matter of time before Ruth Carr's charge snaps a losing run stretching back to summer 2021. He gets the nod ahead of Munificent, who is threatening to come good soon and again wasn't seen to best effect over C&D 12 days ago, while Storm Melody and Hit Mac round off the shortlist.
