Lightly-raced 5-y-o who produced a career best when off the mark in handicap hurdle at Newcastle in March. Seemed anchored by 8 lb rise back there a month but booking of Hughes for this return is a sign of intent.

Lightly raced and expensive to follow in his career, brushed aside on last month's handicap debut at Wetherby. In very good hands and he may yet come good from this modest mark.

Winner of 3 of her 4 starts since joining Gillian Boanas, proving 11 lengths too strong for subsequent winner Well Educated at Cartmel in May before following up from revised mark back there a month later. No surprise were she to continue the good work on return.

Improved for switch to positive tactics at Catterick (19.3f) in March, 1 length up when falling last. Disappointing at Southwell soon after but back on his game when fourth at Newcastle final start last term. Has plenty of size about him.

Hurdles/chase winner for Peter Croke in Ireland and back on his game when second of 17 on final start for that yard in September. Higher British mark for new yard but still one to consider.

Fairly useful hurdler/chaser in France but yet to fire for this yard, last of 6 in handicap chase here (24.2f) on his latest run in May. Looks up against it back over hurdles.
