Won back-to-back 2m handicap hurdles in March 2021. Even better form in defeat last spring, proving himself around 2½m when foruth at Cheltenham in April. Pitched in against experienced opposition on chase debut/reappearance but still worth keeping an eye on in the market.
Smart novice chaser in 2019/20. Seemingly not the force of old but he's starting to look fairly treated even on the best of last year's form. One to keep an eye on in the betting on reappearance.
Bumper winner who gained third victory over hurdles in a Huntingdon handicap last December. Runner-up twice in small fields switched to fences this summer and he's been given a chance by the handicapper (back to mark he won off at Huntingdon).
Tongue tied first time, made a winning start for new trainer Charlie Longsdon at Warwick last month. Has cheekpieces added to the tongue strap now. Ought to remain very competitive after a 3 lb rise.
Some respectable efforts last season but he last tasted success in March 2020 and his table has yet to really get going. Others are preferred.
Better than the result in 2 comeback runs this autumn and he's back to just 1 lb above the mark he was successful from at Newcastle in March. No surprise if this former C&D winner makes a bold bid.
Won 10-runner handicap chase at Catterick (19f) in January. Not in the same form on final 2 starts. Has had wind surgery ahead of reappearance.

Forecasts
Ladronne (11/4), Deyrann de Carjac (3/1), Mongol Emperor (4/1), Dalyotin (4/1), Somekindofstar (5/1), Restandbethankful (13/2), Da Vinci Hand (14/1), The Paddy Pie (16/1), Relkadam (22/1)
LADRONNE has been better than the result in recent starts and might be worth siding with to bounce back to form at a venue where he's tasted success before. Somekindofstar's 3 lb rise for Warwick is offset by Lilly Pinchin's claim so he's feared most ahead of the returning Dalyotin who could go on to better things for the Rebecca Menzies yard this term.
