Latest win here in April. 5/1, cheekpieces back on when only sixth of 8 in handicap at Haydock (11.6f, good to firm) 35 days ago. Significantly back up in trip and this course winner needs to get back on track.

Relished the longer trip when gaining his first win in 2m handicap at Wolverhampton (5/6) 23 days ago. Up 3 lb but another bold showing is very much on the cards.

Forecasts

Captain Howse (11/8), Love Poems (4/1), Estrela Star (15/2), Chicago Gal (8/1), King Of The Kippax (9/1), Greenscape (11/1), Easter Icon (12/1), Capla Blue (33/1), Ulysses (125/1)

Verdict

CAPTAIN HOWSE got off the mark in taking style on his first go over 2m at Wolverhampton last time and can make light of a 3 lb rise here. Greenscape should ensure Sir Mark Prescott's improving stayer doesn't have things all his own way though on her first go at this distance, while in-form duo Love Poems and Easter Icon should be on the premises too in a competitive handicap.
