Quite a useful jumper, winning 3-runner novice chase at Fontwell when last seen 11 months ago. Has had a few chances off marks in the 50s on the Flat but he does remain potentially well treated on his jumps form. Peak fitness has to be taken on trust.

Verdict

TURNER GIRL seemed to find Catterick plenty sharp enough last week but ultimately won comfortably and a 6 lb penalty doesn't look enough to prevent her going in again. Scudamore was up against a couple of well-treated rivals when third at Nottingham last time and can give Ed Dunlop's charge most to do.
