Returned with victory in 5-runner 7f Yarmouth handicap in June, comfortably coming clear. Not seen to best effect in International Stakes at Ascot prior to confirming himself still in good form under an unexperienced rider when second of 4 at Doncaster last time. Remains of interest.
Successful at Kempton in April but was well held back on turf in Buckingham Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot (7f, good to firm) 71 days ago. Needs to leave that behind.
Confirmed his return to form when third of 14 in handicap at Doncaster (7f, good to firm) 22 days ago, finishing well having met some trouble 2f out. Is threatening to come good and must enter calculations.
Dual winner at 2 yrs in Ireland who shaped as if still in good form when third of 9 in 6f handicap at Ascot (good to firm, 4/1) 20 days ago, met some trouble. Should stay 7f and in the mix.
Positive start for new yard when landing back-to-back handicaps in the spring. Beaten only by a more prominently ridden pair on his first try at 6f at Pontefract in June but below form both starts since.
Opened his account for the season sporting first-time cheekpieces in a weak race at Musselburgh in June. Not disgraced from a 4 lb higher mark at Chester but was well held in first-time blinkers in a big-filed handicap at Goodwood last time. Others preferred.
Notched a fourth win of the season in Ascot lady riders' event (7f, good to firm) in July. Couldn't complete the hat-trick but again ran well when second in 5-runner handicap at Carlisle (7.8f) 17 days ago. Should remain competitive.
Course winner who hasn't been at his best of late but can have his latest run here excused given he did too much too soon.
Ran his best race for current connections when 3¼ lengths fourth of 7 to Manigordo in handicap (18/1) at Musselburgh (7.2f, good) 9 days ago. More needed, though.
Turned in his best effort of the season to resume winning ways in 7-runner handicap at Newmarket (6f, good) 14 days ago, bit in hand. That race panned out well for him, so wouldn't be an obvious type to follow up from 5 lb higher in a stronger race.
Is back at the top of his game, recording back-to-back successes at Musselburgh (7.2f) this month. Can't be taken lightly in his hat-trick bid under a 5 lb penalty.
Progressive sort who doubled his tally for the campaign with a smooth success at Doncaster in July. Ran at least as well off a 6 lb higher mark when second of 4 at Newmarket (7f) last time and can go well again.
Ended long losing run over C&D in July. Not in anything like the same form having a rare outing on AW at Lingfield 15 days ago but can bounce back.

AIR TO AIR has a really positive profile and remains one to be interested in having confirmed himself still in good form at Doncaster 13 days ago. Persuasion is threatening to come good, so he rates a big threat, while others to consider are the progressive Billyb and hat-trick seeker Manigordo.
