Both career victories gained at this venue last year and he ran well when pulling clear with a next-time-out winner at Redcar (14f) on his penultimate start in July. Ran poorly in a deeper race at Lingfield 2 weeks ago but bounce back certainly possible.
Better for return/yard debut when third of 5 at Ripon (2m) in June but he's failed to back that up in trio of starts since, last of 4 in handicap at Beverley (12f) 2 weeks ago. Mark continues to slide at least now dropped to class 6 company.
Course winner who failed to hit the target over jumps last season but he arrives here having not been disgraced on Flat when fourth of 9 in handicap at Thirsk (12f, good to soft) 25 days ago, plugging on. Step back up in trip a plus on that evidence.
Unreliable individual who did at least take a step back in right direction when fifth of 6 in handicap at Nottingham (14f, good to firm) 15 days ago, needing stronger gallop. Booking of Rossa Ryan catches the eye but not sure to build on that here.
Lightly-raced maiden who surpassed exploits in maidens as a 2-y-o when second on return/handicap debut at Newmarket (12f) in July. Unable to open up fully when close up last of 5 at Lingfield (13f) since and she's one to consider.
Maiden who ran up to best when third at Beverley (12f) in July but looked rather one paced setting a steady gallop when filling same spot in 4-runner event back there 2 weeks ago. Still, he's worth a second look up in trip. Cheekpieces/replace blinkers.
4-y-o who is still without a win but she again ran well when runner-up at Thirsk (12f) 12 days ago, keeping on to pull clear of remainder.
Lightly-raced maiden who failed to improve for switch to handicaps when fifth of 6 in handicap at Nottingham (10.2f, good) 40 days ago, outpaced 2f out. Likely he's worth a try at this much longer trip on balance.
Remains a maiden after 28 Flat runs. Sixth of 7 in handicap (6/1) at Thirsk (12f, good) 12 days ago, carrying head a little awkwardly 3f out and never involved. Others make more appeal.

Turner Girl (10/3), Valley Of Flowers (4/1), Eye Knee (4/1), Nietzsche (5/1), Whitcliffe (6/1), Regal Vision (12/1), Embolden (18/1), Witham River (20/1), Toutatis (25/1), O'Reilly's Pass (33/1)
EYE KNEE needs forgiving a lesser effort at Lingfield 2 weeks ago but it's worth noting both his career victories came at this venue as a 3-y-o and, having chased home a subsequent winner on his penultimate start at Redcar in July, he could be worth siding with to bounce back. 3-y-os Turner Girl and Whitcliffe rate next best, ahead of Valley of Flowers.
