550,000 gns foal, Frankel half-brother to several winners, including smart 2-y-o 6f winner Alkumait. Much improved from debut when winning 12-runner novice with a bit in hand at Newbury (7f) 33 days ago, beating 3 subsequent winners. Sure to progress and looks a useful 2-y-o in the making.
Left debut well behind when 4-length winner of 10-runner maiden at Newcastle but needs to take another big step forward.
All the better for Ayr debut when winning 6-runner maiden there last month, impressing with the way he both travelled and knuckled down when pressured. That form has taken a few knocks, however.
10,000 gns foal, £44,000 yearling, Massaat colt. Half-brother to 3 winners, including 1¼m winner Parawell and 7f winner Sophie B. Dam winner up to 6f (2-y-o 5f winner). Knew what was needed to make a winning start when making all in 10-runner novice at Newbury. More needed here but has potential.
€150,000 2-y-o, Kodiac colt. Confirmed debut promise when a wide-margin winner of a Windsor novice 23 days ago, still showing plenty of greenness but powering clear inside the final 1f. Will improve again and well worth his place in a higher grade.
Dubawi colt. Brother to French 11f winner Swift Spirit. Dam, 6f-1m winner, half-sister to high-class winner up to 13f Yibir (by Dubawi). 15/8, impressive when winning maiden at Newmarket 12 days ago, very green for the first half of the race but really good once the penny dropped. Could be smart.
Justified market confidence when making a winning start to his career in a 15-runner maiden at Doncaster and useful form when runner-up under a penalty at Newmarket (just caught by one that might prove high class). Up in trip. Not to be underestimated.
€150,000 yearling, Lope De Vega colt. Dam maiden (stayed 12.5f), half-sister to smart winner up to 9f Very Special. 3/1, won 10-runner novice event at Doncaster (7f, firm) on debut 27 days ago, looking a useful prospect given the way he made it to the front. Should improve.
Charm Spirit colt. Dam unraced sister to useful 9.5f-11.4f winner Birch Grove out of smart winner up to 6f (2-y-o 5f winner) Danehurst. Was no means a standout on paper but made a winning start in good fashion at this C&D last month. Entitled to improve but that may not be enough in this company.

Local Dynasty (5/2), Chaldean (7/2), Mill Stream (18/5), Oviedo (7/1), Indestructible (8/1), Shaquille (11/1), Hectic (14/1), Feel The Need (50/1), Chillhi (50/1)
LOCAL DYNASTY won on debut in the style of a potentially smart colt in a maiden at Newmarket 12 days ago, overcoming greenness to score with plenty in hand, and shades the vote in a race full of potential. Mill Stream was edged out only by the selection's potentially high-class stablemate at Newmarket and is next best ahead of impressive Windsor winner Indestructible.
