Tongue strap on, ninth of 13 in minor event (22/1) at this C&D (good to firm) on debut 15 days ago, not knocked about. Should do better in time.
Fared best of those held up despite looking green when third over C&D on debut and finished with running left behind Walbank at York (5f, 15/2) 80 days ago. He'll do better as he gets to grips with racing and boasts leading claims here.
Not beaten another rival in 2 novice events.
Once-raced colt. Twelfth of 13 in minor event (18/1) at this C&D (good to firm) on debut 15 days ago, very green.
Eleventh of 12 in minor event at Pontefract (6f, good, 28/1) on debut 26 days ago, very green and always behind.
Promising sort. Fifth of 8 in maiden (well-backed 3/1) at Wolverhampton (5.1f) on debut 12 days ago. Clearly thought capable of better and could improve to figure in another thin race.
Well held in 2 novice events.
Foaled February 5. Washington Dc filly. Dam twice-raced half-sister to smart 5f-7f winner Aetna out of 2-y-o 5f winner On The Brink. Could get involved in a thin maiden and the betting may help point the way.
Fair filly. 18/1 and blinkered for 1st time, eighth of 14 in maiden at Southwell (6.1f) 12 days ago. Has had plenty of racing and isn't progressing. Visor now tried.
80/1, eleventh of 14 in novice at Newcastle (6f) on debut 7 days ago, slowly away and always behind.

Forecasts
Minnesota Lad (8/13), Turbo Tiger (9/2), Breath Catcher (13/2), Exceed (12/1), Seabreezes (12/1), Wrenegade Lad (25/1), Glory Call (40/1), Spurn Point (50/1), Mam'zelle Dupont (50/1), Northern Chancer (150/1)
A good opportunity for MINNESOTA LAD to open his account after a couple of promising runs in stronger novice events. He's been off since chasing home the useful Walbank at York in May and should have more to come for his top yard. Turbo Tiger didn't live up to his position in the betting on debut at Wolverhampton recently but is entitled to improve. Seabreezes is the only newcomer in the field and must be worth a look.
