Tongue strap on for 1st tim when winning 9-runner handicap at Wolverhampton (16.6f, 16/1) 6 months ago on his final run for Ian Williams. Needs to hit the ground running for his new yard.
Creditable third of 10 in handicap (5/1) at Ffos Las (16f, good) 34 days ago. One for the shortlist.
4-time C&D winner. Only seventh of 10 in handicap at Ffos Las (16f, good, 33/1) 34 days ago but no surprise to see him bounce back off an easing mark.
Off 10 months/had wind op before encouraging fourth of 5 in handicap (10/1) at Wolverhampton (14f) 10 days ago, not ideally placed. Still low mileage and he's well worth considering with that run under his belt.
28/1, first run since leaving Gary Moore when last of 5 in handicap at Sandown (14f, good) 19 days ago. Has something to prove now.
Course winner. 50/1, below-par fifth of 7 in handicap at Chelmsford City (13.3f) 6 days ago. Cheekpieces back on. Needs a couple of these to falter.
Latest win at Salisbury in April. 8/1, modest sixth of 8 in handicap at Nottingham (14f, soft) 37 days ago. Needs to get back on track.
Cheekpieces on for 1st time, below-form fourth of 7 in handicap (40/1) at Leicester (11.8f, good) 25 days ago. Significantly up in trip. Makes polytrack debut with plenty to find on form.
Career best when winning 5-runner handicap at Salisbury (14.2f, good to firm, 9/1) 11 days ago. Not discounted despite taking a 5 lb rise.
Cheekpieces on for 1st time, only eighth of 12 in handicap at Bath (13f, good to firm, 16/1) 33 days ago. Up in trip. More is needed if he's to shed his maiden tag.
Lightly-raced maiden. 33/1, last of 7 in handicap at Thirsk (12f, good) 69 days ago. Significantly up in trip with work to do.
Modest handicapper at best on Flat, well held both starts in 2020, last seen pulled up in a point April 2021. Hard to make a case for.

Forecasts
Yagan (5/2), Sir Joseph Swan (11/4), Flying Standard (7/2), Tin Fandango (6/1), Blazon (9/1), Central City (20/1), Ray's The One (20/1), Destinado (25/1), Tribal Commander (40/1), Lady Honore (40/1), Professor Calculus (66/1), Oborne Lady (150/1)
YAGAN is fancied to take a big step forward from his recent Wolverhampton fourth after an absence so Sir Mark Prescott's low-mileage 4-y-o gets the nod in a handicap where several arrive with a question mark against them. Recent Salisbury scorer Sir Joseph Swan is feared most after his breakthrough victory, with multiple C&D winner Blazon weighted to have a say too if the return to this track sparks a resurgence.
