With showers in the forecast it might be worth chancing the mud-loving VENTURA DIAMOND as she's bagged the inside stall and can be given a good chance on the pick of last year's form. Wings of War, a Group 2 winner as a juvenile, has also been placed twice at pattern level this year and rates an obvious threat, while Judicial hasn't been at the top of his game so far in 2022 but his excellent record in this race (2 wins and a second) earns him a place on the shortlist.
