C&D winner who returned to form from out of the blue when landing 16-runner Ripon handicap (5f) last month. Pulled too hard when last of 9 at Ayr subsequently and she's no forlorn hope in an ordinary affair.
Losing run is mounting up but he arrives here in good heart, second of 8 in handicap at Carlisle (5f, soft, 10/3) 10 days ago. Blinkers replace cheekpieces now and not dismissed despite a tricky draw to operate from.
Gained a third C&D victory from a 1 lb lower mark back in August and ended campaign in good form, hitting frame on 4 of his last 5 starts. Yet to truly fire in trio of starts this term but return to this venue rates a plus.
C&D winner who ran well when second of 8 on back of 3 months off here in May, just failing. Subsequent Carlisle display was disappointing though and bounce back called for with blinkers replacing visor.
Overcame trouble-in-running to belatedly shed maiden tag at Carlisle (5f) in May, keeping on to lead final 50 yds. Similar form in defeat from inflated mark since and he rates an each-way player here.
Remains a maiden after 17 Flat runs. 25/1, good fifth of 20 in handicap at Thirsk (6f, good to firm) 13 days ago, weakening 1f out. Others preferred on balance.
3-y-o who was well served by stiff 5f/tackling easy ground when shedding maiden tag at Carlisle (5f) 10 days ago, edging ahead final 50 yds. Encounters quicker ground here but handy draw to work from and she's considered.
Eighteen runs since last win in 2021. 9/1, good third of 8 in handicap at Carlisle (5f, soft) 10 days ago, staying on final 1f. Task is to back that up now.
One win from 29 Flat runs. 40/1, nineteenth of 20 in handicap at Thirsk (6f, good to firm) 13 days ago, worst of draw but struggling from halfway. Tough to assess at present.
Veteran campaigner who fared better than of late without landing a serious blow when fifth of 8 in handicap (25/1) at Doncaster (6f, good) 11 days ago. This arguably less demanding but others more appealing overall.
Lightly-raced maiden who again showed little when last of 13 in handicap at Thirsk (6f) on return to action back in April. Visor/tongue tie replace blinkers on back of a break and she would be worth a second look if strong in betting.
Ran best race to date when runner-up in a C&D handicap on return last month. Not in same form at Yarmouth (5f) 12 days ago but no surprise to see a better showing equipped with a first-time visor for in-form yard.

Forecasts
Enraged (4/1), The Grey Lass (9/2), Elzaal (5/1), Arnold (5/1), Jet Set Go (9/1), Hot Scoop (9/1), Excessable (11/1), Brazen Belle (11/1), Lethal Vision (22/1), Muatadel (25/1), Lucky Beggar (33/1), Kolossus (33/1)
THE GREY LASS needs forgiving a lesser effort at Yarmouth 12 days ago but she had previously shaped up well when runner-up in a C&D event on return and, equipped with a first-time visor, it would come as no surprise to see a better showing from a handy draw. Recent Carlisle scorer Enraged is a big threat, whilst Hot Scoop and Elzaal can also figure.
