On a long-losing run and is yet to fire this season, so needs the application of blinkers to have a positive effect.
Returned to action with a creditable second of 6 in handicap at Lingfield a couple of months ago and he's well treated on the pick of his efforts. One to consider.
Inconsistent type who arrives on the back of a poor run at Chepstow, so others make more appeal.
5/2, first run since leaving Robert Eddery when creditable third of 11 in handicap at Wolverhampton 3 months ago. Could improve on second outing for shrewd yard, so makes plenty of appeal back on turf.
Consistent sort who had the run of the race when a respectable third of 5 at Lingfield 3 weeks ago. Doesn't have much in hand, but partnered by one of the more experienced riders.
Fair handicapper who wasn't disgraced at Windsor last time but appears vulnerable to better-treated rivals.
Hasn't won for a while and recent efforts don't suggest he's going to buck the trend any time soon.
Fair form in maiden/novices last summer. Cheekpieces added when third in a handicap at Bath on reappearance 16 days ago, but needs to do more to defy this mark.
Hasn't won for a while and, while her latest third at Haydock was a solid showing, consistency isn't her strong suit.
Tricky ride who wasn't disgraced at Lingfield and has been eased a couple of pounds by the handicapper since. Regular rider is back on board.
Eighteen runs since last win in 2020, but he's been running at least respectably of late and his mark is a fair one. Not totally ruled out.
Runner-up over hurdles at Uttoxeter 82 days ago but her Flat record is most uninspiring.

Forecasts
Licit (7/2), Classy Dame (6/1), Mafia Power (13/2), Engrave (17/2), My Brother Mike (9/1), The Game Is On (9/1), Gert Lush (10/1), King's Castle (11/1), Thermal (12/1), Broad Appeal (14/1), Papas Boy (18/1), Born To Please (40/1)
CLASSY DAME made a positive start for Archie Watson at Wolverhampton 3 months ago and, while he's better known for his AW exploits, he has a turf win to his name, so he's a confident choice under Brodie Hampson. Engrave should go well from the front under Ross Birkett and Broad Appeal is no forlorn hope.
