Latest win at Chelmsford City in February. 6/1 and visored for 1st time, creditable second of 8 in handicap at Chelmsford City (6f) 33 days ago. Cheekpieces back on. 0-8 on turf, but he went close here last summer and needs considering.
C&D winner in April. 11/4, sixth of 7 in handicap back here (good to firm) 13 days ago and while that was a poor effort, he will have every chance if able to bounce back.
Winner at Chelmsford City in November. 2/1, creditable third of 12 in handicap at Wolverhampton (7.2f) 14 days ago. Very much one to consider off the same mark.
Creditable third of 8 in handicap at Wetherby (7f, good, 10/3) 28 days ago. Mark untouched and should make his presence felt.
Fifteen runs since last win in 2020. Respectable fourth of 8 in handicap at Chelmsford City (6f, 6/1) 33 days ago, unable to sustain effort. Something to find on form.
Two wins from 5 runs this year, the latest at Wolverhampton earlier this month. Better than the bare result when eighth of 12 in handicap back there (8.6f, 6/1) 12 days ago, but his record on turf (0-9) is uninspiring.
14/1, creditable second of 10 in handicap at this course (8f, good to firm) 13 days ago. Blinkers on 1st time and needs to find something extra if she's to go one better this time.

Forecasts
McCann The Man (9/4), G'daay (5/2), Legende d'Art (11/2), Stone Circle (6/1), Epic Express (6/1), Spanish Mane (7/1), Rooful (11/1), Hi Ho Silver (12/1), Power On (25/1)
There have been signs that MCCANN THE MAN is perhaps not entirely straightforward, but there's certainly ability there and he is taken to open his account at the tenth attempt on the back of a solid effort behind a bang in-form rival at Wetherby last time. Epic Express is capable of a bold show, but he does have a bit to prove following a low-key effort over C&D 13 days ago and bigger threats may be posed by Spanish Mane and G'Daay.
