Has made a promising start, coming from off the pace to win at Southwell and Chester (Lily Agnes, well on top at the finish). Seems likely to get a similar scenario here and open to further progress. Leading claims.

Breath Catcher²⁶

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Ben Robinson| T: B Ellison

Has shown a bit in C&D events but has her work cut out against the previous winners.

Distinguished Lady¹⁴

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Hayley Turner| T: R Hannon

7/2

Big money buy at the Craven Breeze-Ups and showed plenty of ability in warm-looking 6f fillies' novice back at Newmarket 14 days ago, not knocked about. Sure to improve and could take a hand.

Fragrance¹⁹

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Jason Hart| T: C & M Johnston| D

7/1

Experience proved key as she made all in 5f Catterick maiden 19 days ago, battling well and just holding on. Others possibly open to more improvement now.

Miss Mai Tai¹⁸

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Sean Davis| T: R M H Cowell

80/1

Just modest form in a couple of 5f events and hard to see her winning this.

Form: 66

Parr Fire¹⁴

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Rowan Scott| T: N Tinkler| D

8/1

Bred to be a sharp speedy 2-y-o and belied market weakness as she won 5f Doncaster novice on debut a fortnight ago, making up good ground from halfway and well on top. Could have plenty more to offer.

Impressive when landing C&D fillies' novice last month, getting across to lead from widest draw and going clear. Not so good in listed race at York next time and tongue tie goes on.

Won first 2 starts at Redcar and Ripon but disappointing when taken on for the lead in the Lily Agnes 24 days ago.

Your Spirit

Age: 2| Weight: 8-13| J: Jason Watson| T: D O'Meara

Foaled March 14. €40,000 yearling, £85,000 2-y-o, Invincible Spirit filly. Half-sister to 5f winner Kodiac Express. Dam, 2-y-o 5f/6f winner, sister to smart winner up to 6f Taajub. Must have caught the eye at the Breeze-Ups and newcomers have shown up well in this. Interesting.

Absolutelyflawless (9/4), Distinguished Lady (7/2), Primrose Ridge (11/2), Star Of Lady M (7/1), Fragrance (7/1), Parr Fire (8/1), Your Spirit (18/1), Breath Catcher (66/1), Miss Mai Tai (80/1)

This looks a warm Hilary Needler, with ABSOLUTELYFLAWLESS taken to remain unbeaten and notch up a third win. She was well on top at the finish in the Lily Agnes and should get a good pace to aim at again here. Parr Fire made the perfect start at Doncaster and could have lots more to offer. Expensive Breeze-Up buy Distinguished Lady should leave her Newmarket debut effort well behind, while a big run from Your Spirit wouldn't be a shock as newcomers have run well in this.
