Musselburgh novice winner (7f) at 2yrs who stepped up plenty on his return effort when just edged out late in a 3-way photo at Beverley (10f) 10 days ago (bumped near line). Worth considering here, particularly if settling better.
Galileo Gold colt who knuckled down well to make a winning debut in a Newcastle maiden (1m) in February. Possibly unsuited by track when third under a penalty at Ripon (9.7f) since and not discounted now sights are set on handicaps.
Maiden who didn't fare at all badly on return at Beverley (7.4f) and duly ran well to finish runner-up behind an improver at Redcar (1m) late last month. More exposed than most but worth a crack at this 1¼m trip on balance.
Fair form on 2 of his 3 starts as a juvenile (at 7f) and, having been gelded, he stepped up on those efforts when runner-up on return/handicap debut at Redcar (1¼m) last month. Remains low-mileage and that ought not prove his limit.
Daughter of Nathaniel who stepped up on debut effort when close third behind Emily Upjohn in a Wolverhampton novice (9.5f) in November. Never figured on return at Ripon (12f, heavy) but she's well worth another chance on balance now handicapping. Interesting.
Well served by step up to 1m when running on for second on nursery debut at Thirsk in September. Similar form in 3 subsequent starts, her latest sixth at Redcar (1¼m) suggesting a step up to 1½m will suit ideally.
Made the frame on first 2 starts in novice company at up to 7f (well held final start) during second half of last year. Gelded, never figured on return/handicap debut at Beverley (7.4f) last month but this promises to reveal more up in trip.
Estidhkaar gelding who displayed definite promise in novice events at 2 yrs but well held faced with heavy ground for the first time when sixth of 7 on return/handicap debut at Ripon in April. No surprise to see him leave that behind.
200,000 gns purchase (out of an Irish Oaks winner) who has looked a work-in-progress in trio of quick-fire maiden/minor events at 1m this spring. Starts out from low mark in relation to his pedigree and step up to 1¼m looks sure to suit. One to note.
Son of Iffraaj who may have been flattered when finishing close-up seventh of 10 in a Lingfield maiden (1m) in November, allowing for the steady gallop. Still, gelded since and entitled to hold more chance now handicapping. Market should guide.
Showed more than previously equipped with a visor/switched to handicaps when fifth of 8 at Hamilton (8.3f) at the start of the month, keeping on without posing a threat. Longer trip needs to bring about further progress.

Forecasts
Animato (7/2), Tamilla (9/2), Rich King (5/1), Signorina Merisi (5/1), Bruno's Gold (5/1), Heathen (10/1), Grifter (12/1), Cap Dramont (22/1), Liberated Light (28/1), Wakey Wakey (33/1), Overdraft (66/1)
TAMILLA displayed plenty of promise in a couple of backend maiden/novice events as a juvenile (latterly when close-up third behind current Oaks favourite Emily Upjohn) and, with excuses on account of ground/track on return, she could well be ready to get back on the up now handicapping. Rich King, who ran well at Redcar, and Animato are others to consider, whilst Heathen is another intriguing handicap debutant.
