9/4

Lightly-raced colt. Good second of 9 in minor event at Epsom (8.5f, good, 7/4) 31 days ago, no extra final 100 yds. Entitled to be sharper for the run and fancied to figure upped to 1¼m.

50/1

Once-raced gelding. Seventh of 8 in minor event at Chepstow (10f, good, 40/1) on debut 22 days ago, very slowly away and never a threat. This should reveal more.

Form: 7

18/1

Twice-raced filly. 4/1, fourth of 8 in minor event on return at Chepstow (10f, good) 22 days ago, best work finish. Remains capable of better moving forward.

Form: 0-4

4/9

Muhaarar filly who has filled the runners-up spot all 3 starts to date, latterly in listed Pretty Polly Stakes (10f) 3 weeks ago, staying on without threatening the winner. Very much the one to beat returned to calmer waters.

Forecasts

Mashaaer (4/9), Schmilsson (9/4), Tahasun (9/2), Echo Chamber (18/1), Argonault (20/1), Imperative (33/1), Trojan Truth (50/1)

MASHAAER has found only one too good all 3 starts to date, showing much-improved form when runner-up in the listed Pretty Polly at Newmarket 3 weeks ago, and she should prove tough to beat returned to calmer waters. Schmilsson and Tahasun can take minor honours.
