Gained a third 6f nursery win when seeing off 5 rivals here in September, digging deep. Returned with a solid second at Beverley and, although others are less exposed, he should give his all.
Dabirsim filly who failed to build on a winning debut last term but made a sparkling reappearance when scoring at Nottingham on return, looking some way ahead of her mark. Needs to back that up.
Progressive on the AW and upped his game to see off a subsequent winner at Lingfield last month. No reason why he won't be as effective on turf, so boasts leading claims.
Scored over C&D last year and took his form up another notch when landing an 8-runner handicap at Yarmouth last month. Cheekpieces fitted now, so expect him to give another good account.
Promising individual who opened his account readily at Chelmsford in February, then probably bumped into one when runner-up there last time. Longer trip no issue, and she remains with potential.
Lightly-raced winner who has work to do from this mark and shaped as if amiss at Wolverhampton on reappearance, so others make more appeal.
Consistent type who didn't need to improve to open his account at Catterick last time. He's vulnerable to less-exposed rivals on handicap debut, though.
Bagged 5f wins at Carlisle and this course last summer and shaped well on final 2-y-o outing. Ground was probably too testing at Pontefract on return, so could get back on track.
Went backwards from a positive start last season and, while gelded since last seen 7 months ago, he's hard to recommend.
Fair form at best for Mark Johnston last term but neither outing for current yard has offered much encouragement.
Haydock 6f maiden winner in 2021. Gelded and shaped encouragingly when fifth of 8 in handicap at Kempton on return but failed to back it up at Goodwood 8 days ago.
Not fully exposed and signed off his juvenile campaign with a good second in a nursery at Newcastle 6 months ago. Should do better still this year, but needs to be fit if he's to make an impact on return.

Aasser (13/8), River Pride (9/2), Beluga Gold (6/1), Lethal Levi (6/1), I'm A Gambler (13/2), Alia Choice (9/1), Maritime Rules (10/1), Justcallmepete (10/1), Westmorian (14/1), Ballet Steps (14/1), Lady Lade (18/1), Captain's Bar (25/1), Beltane (28/1), Claim The Stars (33/1), St Andrew's Castle (50/1)
AASSER is improving by the run and is fancied to take this competitive event on his turf debut. Ballet Steps was impressive at Nottingham last time and, if able to build on it, should pose a formidable threat, while Lethal Levi, another last-time-out winner, is likely to be on the premises.
