Twice-raced filly who finished an encouraging fifth of 12 in a C&D maiden back in September. Similar form despite finishing tenth of 15 in a Newbury maiden (10f) on return in April and handicaps may be more her bag moving forward

Iffraaj filly. Dam, 1¼m winner who stayed 1¾m, half-sister to smart 1½m-16.4f winner (stayed 2½m) Allegretto out of smart 1¼m-2¼m winner Alleluia. Plenty of stamina on dams' side and she may be one for later on.

Ulysses filly who showed promise in a couple of back-end maiden/novice events over 7f last year, keeping on for third at Kempton latterly. Step up to 1m a plus on return and she's one to consider.

£48,000 yearling, Bated Breath filly. Offered little when eighth of 9 in maiden (12/1) at Newbury (7f, good to firm) on debut 19 days ago. One for further down the line on that evidence.

Lope De Vega filly. Dam, 1m/8.3f winner, half-sister to smart 1¼m-1¾m winner First In Line out of smart 11.4f winner Hidden Hope. Very interesting newcomer for leading yard.

Time Test filly who offered something to work on when fifth of 12 in minor event (17/2) at Newmarket (7f, good) on debut in October, not clear run and one paced. Another likely improver embarking on 3-y-o career.

Kirilenko (5/2), Sweet Fantasy (11/4), Ashky (4/1), Sea Silk Road (6/1), Banned (17/2), Queen Of The Skies (12/1), Special Times (20/1), Weydaad (25/1), Naadyaa (28/1), Queen Of Navarre (28/1), Capricious Caitlin (66/1), Qeyaam (150/1), Quartet (250/1), Times Two (300/1), Hot Mop (300/1)

Verdict

KIRILENKO showed promise in a couple of backend maiden/novice events over 7f last year and, with the step up to 1m rating a definite plus on the evidence of those runs, she gets the nod to make a winning return. Ashky shaped up well on debut at Newmarket and is feared, along with newcomer Queen of The Skies and the returning Special Times.
