11/8

Latest win at Southwell in February. Good second of 9 in handicap (3/1) at Beverley (7.4f, good to firm) 6 days ago, just failing. Expected to be bang there.

Fat Gladiator^h²¹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-2| J: T E Whelan| T: George Baker| OR: 65| D

11/4

Promising individual. 11/4, career best when winning 8-runner handicap at Kempton (7f) 21 days ago, driven out. Excellent claims of following up if he takes to the track.

Form: 068-331

(3)

My Bonnie Lassie²³

Age: 3| Weight: 9-2| J: William Carson| T: S Woodman| OR: 65

150/1

Form: 5128-80

(7)

Bascinet^p1¹⁹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-1| J: Georgia Dobie⁽³⁾| T: Eve Johnson Houghton| OR: 64

12/1

Thrice-raced maiden. Seventh of 14 in maiden (10/1) at Kempton (7f) 19 days ago, not knocked about. Cheekpieces on 1st time. With a shrewd stable and bred to better, so he's a notable handicap debutant.

Form: 47-7

(2)

Age: 3| Weight: 9-0| J: Daniel Muscutt| T: Alexandra Dunn| OR: 63

18/1

Sixth of 8 in handicap at Wolverhampton (8.6f, 11/1) 41 days ago. First run for yard after leaving Harry & Roger Charlton. Others are more persuasive.

3/1

Forecasts

Roxzoff (11/8), Fat Gladiator (11/4), Naughty Nadine (3/1), Bascinet (12/1), King Of War (18/1), Silver Kitten (18/1), Pretty Green (33/1), My Bonnie Lassie (150/1)

FAT GLADIATOR is going the right way and opened his account with something to spare at Kempton 3 weeks ago so, if he handles the track and return to turf, he's likely to follow up. The in-form Roxzoff is an obvious threat and Bascinet could get involved on handicap debut.
