50/1

Has appeared to show fair form on both starts (trained by David Simcock on debut), although hopelessly out of his depth in a course listed latterly. Best to look elsewhere.

Form: 78-

Aighear³¹

Age: 4| Weight: 9-9| J: Ben Robinson| T: J S Goldie

6/1

Golden Horn half-brother to several winners, including smart 7f/1m winner Zibelina and useful pair Floristry and Ihtifal. Makes paper appeal for leading stable. Betting should provide more clues.

Better effort in 2 outings on AW for the Gosdens' this winter when fifth at Lingfield in January. Watching brief advised on first run for new yard.

Forecasts

Post Impressionist (1/3), Western Stars (5/1), Dubai Leader (6/1), Celestial Star (16/1), Gurkhali Girl (22/1), Judgment Call (50/1), Aighear (66/1), Thunderhill (100/1), Nazca (200/1), Desert Stranger (250/1)

It's hard to see past POST IMPRESSIONIST who very much caught the eye when second on his recent Nottingham debut. If there is to be a threat it could come from well-bred newcomer Dubai Leader, depending on how strong the market vibes are. Western Stars should find this a bit easier than the Wood Ditton and can also reach the frame.
