Useful sort who wasn't at his best when last seen but can't be completely dismissed with a useful claimer on board for his return.
Likeable sort who finished last season with a couple of creditable efforts and may well make his presence felt if he's fully tuned up for this return.
C&D winner. 40/1, twelfth of 13 in handicap at Windsor (6f, good) 15 days ago. Won this from a higher mark last year, so dangerous to dismiss.
First run since leaving Michael Attwater and a career best when winning 5-runner handicap at Windsor in September then perhaps found the race coming too soon when last at Goodwood later in the month. Considered.
Landed 3 handicaps in 2021, including the Dash over C&D so, while he's yet to fire this year, he looks a major player with headgear back on and a promising apprentice booked.
Thrived last autumn but signed off with a lesser effort and now requires a big effort on his comeback if he's to take this. Others preferred.
Well capable from this sort of mark and should strip fitter for his fifth at Southwell 18 days ago, so not a forlorn hope with cheekpieces refitted.
Trailblazer who was kept busy on AW earlier this year, finding only a progressive 4-y-o too good at Wolverhampton (5f) in January. Proved more miss than hit since though and others make greater appeal.
Posted career best when winning 10-runner handicap (13/2) at Chelmsford City in February and not disgraced when third at Kempton last month. SHould give another good account back on turf.
Scored twice at Yarmouth last year and ended the campaign in reasonable form. Should do better still as a 4yo, so makes plenty of appeal on reappearance.
Veteran who lost his way towards the end of last season. Returns on a handy mark as a result, though, and he's gone well fresh the past two seasons.
Out of sorts when last seen and hard to fancy returning from 6 months off.

Forecasts
Nelson Gay (4/1), Electric Love (4/1), Mokaatil (6/1), Just That Lord (6/1), Recon Mission (6/1), Ornate (7/1), Thegreatestshowman (14/1), Lucky Ava (16/1), Dark Shot (18/1), Newyorkstateofmind (22/1), Pop Dancer (40/1), Pettochside (50/1)
ELECTRIC LOVE scored twice in her first season and likely has more to come as a 4yo, so she is preferred to Mokaatil and Recon Mission, who could both potentially revive back over this C&D. Several others have claims in an open race.
