Landed back-to-back AW handicaps in January, latterly over C&D. Good in-the-frame efforts all 3 starts subsequently and expected to give his running again.

9/1, good second of 9 in handicap at this course (5f) 20 days ago, sitched inside final 1f and staying on. Return to 6f rates a plus if he can build on that effort now.

First run since leaving Mick Quinn when career best when winning 7-runner handicap at this C&D (25/1) 9 days ago, keeping on well. Not handicapped out of things if he can replicate that here.

10/3, seventh of 8 in handicap at Newcastle (6f) 43 days ago, finding little. Had previously shaped with encouragement at Wolverhampton (5f) but he does need to bounce back here.

Caught the eye to a degree in pair of Newcastle handicaps last year but arrives here having run disappointingly in a C&D handicap in January. Is now operating 2 lb below last winning mark at least.

Successful 3 times during a busy and consistent 2021 campaign. However, been below best in 2 starts upon rejoining present stable on AW in recent weeks. Can only be watched.

There looks to be plenty of pace on here, which could well play to the strengths of WHITTLE LE WOODS. Already twice a winner on all-weather this winter, he remains on a workable mark and, back down at 6f, he's fancied to make a bold bid. Endowed shaped up well over 5f here recently and is feared, along with Twilight Madness.
