Dual hurdles winner who was perked up by a yard switch to score over fences at Uttoxeter (20f, blinkered) last March. He's been out of sorts since, though.
Inconsistent over hurdles and came down on his chasing debut at Plumpton a month ago, so hard to back with any great confidence.
Progressive since switched to chasing and seemed to have plenty in hand when scoring at Hereford a month ago. Likely more to come, so should put up a bold bid for the hat-trick.
Fair winning handicap hurdler who has hit the frame both starts in that sphere so far this season. Claims if he takes to chasing at the first attempt.
Unreliable type who has been struggling for form lately, jumping poorly when pulled up at Chepstow 27 days ago. Easily passed over.
Fair maiden hurdler/chaser who wasn't disgraced when third of 8 in handicap chase at Fontwell on penultimate outing and seemed amiss at Plumpton a month ago. Not one to write off.
Plenty of good efforts over hurdles, and immediately upped his game when second to Jobesgreen Lad on chasing bow at Ludlow 58 days ago. Now on much better terms with that rival.
No more than minor promise in 4 runs over hurdles, but he's an ex-pointer and there was more encouragement when second at Musselburgh on chasing debut. Claims if he can build on that.
Scored at Taunton last spring and, following a quiet spell, returned to form last 2 starts, albeit beaten over 14 lengths when third of 9 in handicap chase at Hereford 85 days ago. Has had a wind op.
On a long losing run and was a below-form sixth behind Jobesgreen Lad at Hereford a month ago. Hard to fancy.
Placed on several occasions over hurdles for Thomas Mullins. Largely struggled for this yard but he has shown some aptitude for chasing this season. Not discounted back from a break.

Forecasts
Ambion Hill (9/4), Wavering Down (9/2), Morfee (11/2), Jobesgreen Lad (6/1), Carry On The Magic (8/1), Judex Lefou (9/1), Legend Of Zorro (14/1), Furkash (18/1), Lord Bryan (33/1), Rosmuc Relay (40/1), Broughtons Rhythm (80/1)
JOBESGREEN LAD was impressive at Hereford last time and the third has already boosted the form. He can strike again. Ambion Hill, who was defeated by the selection a couple of months ago but is now 15 lb better off at the weights, is an obvious danger, while Carry on The Magic also warrants consideration on his second outing in this sphere.
- JOBESGREEN LAD
- AMBION HILL (IRE)
- CARRY ON THE MAGIC (IRE)
