Doubled his tally in this sphere at Stratford (22.5f) last March. Not scaled same heights either start since, including on return at Chepstow last month. Still, return to testing ground may help.
C&D winner who ended last term with success in a Haydock veterans' event (25.5f) in April. Not threatened either outing this campaign, including over 30.7f at Exeter latest but mark is easing at least
On the up fitted with cheekpieces over fences, following up his Lingfield success (20f) at Uttoxeter (22.5f, heavy) well served by the emphasis on stamina. One to keep on side back up at 3m.
Veteran chaser who wasn't seen to best effect when third at Southwell (3m) in May, keeping on from 2 out without posing a threat. Potentially well treated if he can put it all together on return.
Fairly useful hurdler who wasn't disgraced on return/chase debut at Warwick in November. Yet to be asked for effort when falling at Chepstow (23.6f) since and he remains with potential in this sphere.
Dual hurdles winner during 2019/20 campaign but failed to complete on 3 of his 4 starts over fences last term. Below best over hurdles of late but afforded a chance by the assessor returned to chasing
Unreliable type who ran only a little better than on return when seventh of 10 at Taunton (23f) 2 weeks ago, going in snatches. Yard look to hold stronger claims with Clondaw Promise.
Fair maiden hurdler who confirmed chase debut promise when running out a wide-margin winner over 3m at Uttoxeter 2 weeks ago. Did jump markedly left late on but has to merit respect nevertheless.
Thrived during early 2019, landing pair of Plumpton handicaps (25.7f) either side of a good second over C&D. Well held final start that year though and absent since. Had wind op.
Won first 2 starts last term (both at 3m). Returned with good second at Hexham and perhaps best to ignore his subsequent Borders National run as he was a long way out of the handicap. Visor back on.

Forecasts
One Fer Mamma (15/8), Clondaw Promise (7/2), Snuff Box (8/1), Fleminport (9/1), Good And Hardy (10/1), Potters Venture (11/1), Ballycross (14/1), Asking For Answers (16/1), Joueur Bresilien (20/1), Cadeau Du Bresil (28/1)
CLONDAW PROMISE has progressed well for the switch to chasing/fitting of cheekpieces, well served by the step back up in trip when scoring at Uttoxeter (22.5f) last month. He's open to further improvement in this sphere and gets the nod to complete the hat-trick back at 3m. Fellow last-time-out scorer One Fer Mama is a big threat though, ahead of Potters Venture and Ballycross.
