Useful chaser at his best for Henry de Bromhead, but was well held on first outing for new yard back in this sphere at Cheltenham last month. Cheekpieces refitted.
Form gradually tailed off after scoring over fences at Hexham last spring, and he was never in the hunt back hurdling following a wind op/break over C&D 32 days ago.
Pulled up at Market Rasen on latest hurdles start in July 2020, and this 10-y-o offered little in 3 appearances on the Flat last year.
Bumper/maiden hurdle winner at Market Rasen prior to finishing a creditable third behind a useful prospect under a penalty at Huntingdon (15.8f). Big player upped in trip for this handicap debut.
Successful first 2 starts in this sphere prior to struggling in a Grade 2 Cheltenham novice in November. Subsequent effort on handicap bow at Ascot (23.5f) was respectable and he's one to consider.
Fair bumper winner who built on hurdles debut promise when landing a 14-runner Uttoxeter novice (2½m). Opening mark looks fair and there should be more to come from this unexposed 6-y-o.
Frequent eye-catcher over hurdles for Nicky Henderson (sold out of that yard £25,000 last January), but he's another with a point to prove following a poor reappearance effort at Aintree last month.
Much improved when opening his account in 21f Ludlow novice last spring. Looked in need of the run when down the field on return/handicap debut at Southwell and he's worth another chance.
Largely campaigned over fences with little success since landing a C&D novice hurdle in December 2019. Resumes in this sphere on a potentially handy mark, but needs to bounce back in a major way.
Improved when second off 3 lb higher on 21.5f Newton Abbot handicap debut last term. No show in 3 subsequent appearances, but would be a threat if able to get back on track here following a wind op.
Scored at Perth last summer for Gavin Cromwell, but it's been downhill pretty much all the way since and no signs of an imminent revival in 2 starts for new connections last month.
Bagged handicap hurdles at Market Rasen and Carlisle in 2021. Clear step back in right direction when fifth of 10 at Wetherby (2m) recently, shaping as though moving back up in trip would be a plus.
Showed ability sole outing in bumpers and made the frame both completed starts in maiden hurdles for Oliver Sherwood last season. Still, improvement needed now handicapping for new yard.
Off the mark in weak 2½m Uttoxeter novice for Barry Leavy last spring. By no means disgraced on handicap bow for new yard at Ludlow following a break, but others make more appeal all the same.

Forecasts
Peejaybee (13/8), Come On Gruff (5/1), Glencassley (11/2), Inishbiggle (9/1), One Touch (10/1), Pebbly New Moon (16/1), Grooveur (16/1), Emphatic Qualm (16/1), Getareason (16/1), Known (16/1), Mrs Barnes (16/1), Near Kettering (50/1), Jan Maat (66/1), Dakota Beat (100/1), Red Tornado (150/1)
Several of these have something prove for one reason or another, but GLENCASSLEY hasn't done a great deal wrong in his career so far and is appealing back in trip following a respectable handicap debut effort off 3 lb higher at Ascot. Unexposed duo Come On Gruff and Peejaybee are both feared greatly, while Emphatic Qualm isn't one to write off just yet and Near Kettering also merits respect.
