It's hard to look beyond GIN O'CLOCK on the back of an excellent debut second in a York novice last month. That is a standout effort in the context of this race and he's open to improvement, so he's a confident choice to go one better unless Lila Girl improves markedly or one of David Simcock's newcomers is well above average.
