Creditable sixth of 10 in handicap (6/1) at Ffos Las (7.4f, good to soft) latest but not the easiest to win with and blinkers tried for first time now.
Found further improvement when winning 7-runner handicap over C&D (good) 16 days ago, battling well. 5 lb higher now but another bold bid anticipated.
C&D winner who got back on scoreboard at Chepstow in August. Below that level since, however, and cheekpieces now applied for first time.
Confirmed returned to form when second of 8 in handicap at Leicester (6f, good) 23 days ago, nearest finish. Just 1 lb higher now and is one for the shortlist.
Yet to score this term and makes limited appeal, despite dropping down the handicap.
Posted another creditable effort when third of 10 in handicap at Newmarket (6f, good to firm) in August but winless streak continues to grow.
Off the mark at Beverley in August and posted respectable fifth, on debut for new yard, in Ffos Las handicap (5f, good to soft) 17 days ago. Others preferred, though.
Four-time C&D winner, latest last month. Creditable 3 lengths third to Ruby Cottage in handicap (7/1) here (5.7f, good) 16 days ago. Likely to give another good account.
Bagged 5 victories (including 3 at this course) this year and was far from disgraced in higher grade over C&D last time. Has to be taken seriously.
Sole success this year came over C&D in June. Largely acquitted himself well since but others more persuasive.
Had a successful year, scoring 3 times, latest over C&D in July. Back to form when fourth of 13 in handicap (8/1) at Wolverhampton (6.1f) 23 days ago but others appear better treated.
Lightly-raced maiden who was far from disgraced when fourth of 10 on handicap debut at Lingfield (5f, AW) 22 days ago. This looks tougher, though.
Last 4 victories have come at Chepstow but below par there in recent starts and makes limited appeal.
Well held on sole start this year at Thirsk in May and fair bit to prove on return/debut for new yard here.
Still looking for first success and no real encouragement taken from latest effort here last month.
